Chile
Newly re-opened after refurbishment and new owner/management. Traditional Chilean building with lots of character. Very comfortable. Some rooms have private bathroom but 2 shared bathrooms are nice and spacious. Towels and toiletries provided. A pizza restaurant & bar (with live music most evenings) is part of the operation (soon to have a large outdoor terrace area too - currently under construction). Patricio, the manager, is super friendly and helpful - speaks good English and German. A good place when in Futaleufu and close to all the shops, bars & restaurants.

Ok, pretty clean, semi-quiet hostel. 40,000CLP for two people. Room with private bath. A bit run down for what you pay. No breakfast included. Two extra mattress stored in our room so space was tight. Guess we had a bedroom/storage room. Good WIFI. Kitchen available though only used the refrigerator that had old guests food in it. Hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. The young man working there speaks good English. Bikes kept in junky backyard shed that was locked with little padlock but gate to backyard was not locked. We locked our bikes but did worry a bit about the security since the hostel is on a Main Street.
Report Check-Innice and clean hospesaje. no partying or noise at night when we were there. does not look like one of these awful party hostel. when we stayed there, there Werke only families and some eldery couples.
Report Check-InNice bedding and shower but we were there on weekend and staff and locals liked to keep party going til past 4 am. Can ask for (free) eggs at the solid breakfast. Restaurant pizza at dinner was mediocre. 20.000 for a double shared bathroom
Report Check-InWe took the double room with the private bathroom because I had been in hospital after failing off my bike. Room was fine, very small bathroom - not ideal with my injuries. Very very thin walls & very noisy. Got woken up at 4am by the staff we think. Had to bang on the ceiling to get them to be quiet. Breakfast really good though - bread, avocado, salami, jam, yoghurt, tea & coffee.
