This is a snowplow turnaround and trailhead. There are no signs saying no parking or no overnight parking. I was safe here for one night.

Nice spot with pretty views of the surrounding mountains! The road up here has a few new developments but most up top seem to still be in the building phase so no occupants. One other truck camper here overnight. I think a few ski resort employees park here in the morning.
