Description
A nice enough spot to take a break on the 99. Mainly residential but some transient spots. $70 is a bit steep for the facilities but the Passport America rate $35 is more palatable. We don't use the WiFi. Restrooms fine.

Stayed here three nights using Passport America rate. Bathrooms had lots of cobwebs but showers were clean and hot. Wifi did not work so I ended up using my Starlink. The spot they gave me had no grass for the dogs. There are a lot of full timers that live here and they aren’t super friendly. Almost everyone has 1-2 small dogs that bark 24/7 but then someone claimed my dogs were barking in the middle of the night (they were not). Smells strongly of manure most of the time. Wouldn’t return personally.
