Wild camping just few meters below the road with a beautiful view to the lake Malawi 60 km in the south. Only off-road accessible over steep rocks. Place for max. two cars.
Probably there is an entrance fee to pay for the national park. In our case there was nobody around.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

Didn't look like much, there was a big sand pile on the only open space. Driving further down looked like rock climbing. We didn't stop but used the spot further east on IO, which was perfect.
Report Check-InWe probably stayed bit closer to the road, didn’t drive over steep rocks. It was cloudy so now view of Lake Malawi. But still nice sunset. Quite noicy. Many lorrys until 10.30pm, again at 3 and from on 5am.
Report Check-InWe enjoyed this spot! Great view of adjacent cliffs and mountains, although was cloudy so couldn't see Lake Malawi.
Not well hidden from the road. We pulled a tree over which helped a bit (we had a tent and bicycles). If you have a car you are right next to the road. Many people saw us but no one bothered us.
After setting up camp we saw the 'leopard toilet' (next to the tree). It didn't pay us a visit during the night (who knows?) but we didn't leave the tent at night.
