There are two places to camp on either side of the Tri-State Rodeo grounds. On the north side is a full-hookup area appropriate for larger RVs. But between the dog park and the cemetery is an electric-only campground that works great for class B and C campers.
I actually had to ask someone where it was, because no one else was parked there. It's self-registration, and I didn't even notice the electrical boxes when I first went by. You park on the grass, and I'd be careful if it's rained. Even with dry weather, my wheels spun a bit getting out.
$15 for electric site $8 for a tent (non-electric) site. I was the only person there on a warm Saturday night in mid-April. Very quiet, but a bit hard to figure out where to go.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
