Description
The Mirador Ckari is part of the Valle de la Luna. Entrance fee for the mirador alone is 1.000 CLP per person, whereby the view is definitely worth the money. Keep in mind though that the tour buses from San Pedro arrive at the evening.
(Now 1500clp; March 2019, really expensive and down the road is a spot for free)

It is impossible to enter this mirador without paying the entrance fee for the valle de la luna below. The entrance to the valley includes this viewpoint and the sunset. 10800 CLP pp

Way to much. Down the road 1 km on the right site to San Pedro de Atacama there is a free viewpoint. You just have to cross the sign (by foot), that you are not allowed to cross. Nobody cares.
