Hotel with large parking. 150Q double room. 25Q for 24h parking. WC 2Q but negotiated free. Hot shower 10Q. Perfect place to leave your camp and go by bus to Chichicastenango. The bus that goes there is right in front and costs 5Q.

Owner wanted 300q for 2 of us. Seeing previous prices I asked for 200 and he agreed without hesitation. I'm sure you can still get it for 150 but I couldn't say a lower price after he already agreed to 200.
Currently no wifi, not sure if that's a permanent thing. Parking area is large, I wouldn't say secure- only a single chain blocking the entrance that anyone could remove. They let us park our motos in the front entrance though which is actually secure
Beds a bit hard, and definitely loud but we both slept fine. OK for a stop-over, but nothing more
Report Check-InIt was getting late so we negotiate 150q for the night. Price was the same whether we camped and used their bathrooms or if we stayed in the room. It was chilly so we stayed in the room. Traffic from trucks and chicken busses ran all night. It’s on a hill so all downhill trucks and busses were hammering their jake-brakes downhill, while uphill traffic was blowing their air horns to alert peds that they were coming up the hill. Not a nice experience. One of the loudest nights ever.
Report Check-InAs previously mentioned for 25q, it's a good place to park for the day while you go to the Chichi market. If you stay the night as well they will charge you another 25q. Power is available if you have an extension cord that will reach one of the rooms.
Report Check-InBasic room, 2 double beds Q150, big, plenty of space for our bicycles - you’d probably get motorbikes in, too! The ‘suicide’ shower in our room wasn’t wired up. Otherwise as described - big lot. Pretty sure you could negotiate pitching your tent on the grassy bit at the back. This is a big bus intersection, and there are masses of comedores and tiendas, a huge ferreteria too, right outside on the road.
Report Check-InPulled into the parking lot at dark and were set on just getting a room since we did not feel too comfortable camping anywhere on the stretch from Uspantan to here. However a first glance made us decide we will be better off in our truck camper than a room here.
Spent the night next to an incredible loud road with trucks in high speed rolling by all night shaking our dreams.
So if you are desperate and need a place for the night it will do. There is nothing nice about it to report.

Report Check-InBasic parking lot and close to noisy main road but not a bad spot. We paid 30Q. Make sure you use nicer flush toilets (no seats tho) near the road and not the pit ones at the back.
Bus to Chichi one minute down road. Super easy and takes 30 minutes. Even if not staying here I would park in Encuentros rather than drive into the market.
