Good staying for the night near the road but quiet at night. No infrastructure for free about 6 km from the junction. If you don´t drive down the path, then it's good for big rigs, otherwise only small rigs will fit.

Nice place to stay. We just wanted to have lunch here but spend the day and night here.
2WD motorhome with normal clearance was no big deal to park three meters next to the lake. Nice view. "Busy" in the day but quite at night. Some fish close by but we had no luck because bad fishing equipment. Loads of trash and toilet paper in the bush, but we parked facing the lake and it didn't bother us. Out of sight, out of mind.
Just wouldn't use the water from the lake here. There are cleaner spots along the road.

Ok place to spend the night, not great. Off the road and under some trees at the water's edge if you're in a small van or car (room for big rigs above) but visible enough to passing cars that they can wave a greeting as they drive by. I've attached a photo showing the road in the background for reference.
Quiet at night.
The place is a toilet pit stop so I wouldn't use it for drinking water, and park far enough away from the back to avoid this area!
Nice kingfisher was hunting for an hour from the tree while we were eating breakfast, great to watch.
Report Check-InThe place at the end of the gravel track is really tiny and not level. Furthermore, you can only see the lake and the road from this point and nothing else. Not recommended.

Report Check-InReally nice place, amazing views of the mountains. We drove down the path and camped on the beach (high clearance needed. We are 2.5 mts high) Good fishing too!
