The engine of our VW van was making a lot of noise and I asked Jurgen to check if the spark plugs were screwed in properly. He did it and everything was ok. He said we need to look into the problem and that I can call him on Monday (it was Thursday when I went to see him) to see if he has availability during the week. We went to see Elias who took us straight away. In short, if you are in a hurry to repair your car, do not come to Jurgen

I cannot say enough good things about this mechanic: he managed to find necessary spare parts with a very time consuming search , fixed them, checked the car, did what was necessary and charged me so little that I thought he had made a mistake. He has a PayPal account which makes paying very easy in a country where foreign credit cards are often not accepted my firms. He is honest, efficient and a very likeable person .
If you have problems with your car, see him. He will do his very best.

Jurgen is very busy... I was unable to get work done 4 days waiting time... SMALL garage with 2 mtr hieght restrictions

Asked for f/r brake pad change, steering issue (steering arm broken) and oil/filter change. He said he would do the oil change there and then for 50 peso (we supplied pars) but had to wait a day for repair work. Took his card and said we'd be in contact if we would return - couldn't give us a quote until we returned. Seemed a genuine legit garage and friendly. We went to Chamaco as could repair the same day and fair price. Perhaps contact in advance to issue a prompt service otherwise a good option.
