Very good overnight place with a great restaurant, very tasty trout and very nice staff. Patrick from CH 3 months since manages the Hosteria. Toilet in the restaurant as WiFi free of charge. From the front of the Cuenca to Cajas NP 2,800 meters

Just outside of Cuenca, the hostal has a bundle of activities to offer, horseback riding, mountain biking, even kayak. Delicious ‘locro de papa’ soup, beautiful views. 4K meters above sea level at the edge of Parque Nacional el Cajas.

Slept in the parking lot at the entrance of the hosteria besides the coffee-restaurant which belongs to the same boss.
No aceptan oberlanders, de hecho la chica de recepción ha sido bien desagradable, que la única opción para dormir allí son 125$ por pareja.
Report Check-Inthis is not a overlander place. we ask for an overnight stay in our RV. but they asked for 25$ p/p per night.
