40s for private room, private bath. Poor water pressure= no need for shower curtain. Secure garage parking for motos, maybe 1 or 2 cars. A very nice family lives garage level, and their son, David, speaks pretty decent english and has hiked loads of places in Peru.

Room rate for double with private bathroom has gone up to 40Sol. Tried negotiating but wouldn't budge. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Hot shower. Very secure. Also kept bicycles in room on second floor, no issues.

40S for double room. super safe but small parking. clean and nice room.
possible to rent by hours.

35 soles for double room with private bathroom, vent and TV. They also have an interior parking but not too big. For motorcycles is perfect but for big SUVs or campers no. The hotel is very well secured and the rooms and the bathroom are VERY clean. Lots of small shops and places to eat around. Quiet area.
