Latest Check-Ins

Easy border for emigration.
There obviously was nobody with a CdP for quite a while. We had to give them a little bit of help/explanation. Very friendly guys at border.

Works 24/7. Pretty laid back, don't know how things work. The road on Ghana side is asphalt. The first ~9km in Togo are in bad condition. You could still slowly do it in a 2 wheel drive. Afterwards, proper asphalt.

We have crossed today from Togo side to Wli (Ghana side). We were in Kpalimé and travelling with public transport. We took a shared taxi in the Gare Routiere until Danyi N'digbé for 1.500 CFA /pp. From this village, we have negotiated a motorbike for taking us (2people/1moto) to Ghana Border in Wli. We have paid 2.000 CFA for the Moto. In the immigration office in Togo, be sure that they stamp the passport out. At the Ghana border, they have been very nice. We had done before the Visa if Ghana in Cotonou. They ask also for the COVID vaccination certificate.
From the border of Ghana to Wli, you can go walking.

Simple and quiet border crossing, but watch the closely as they don't seem used to overlanders and they nearly stamped my passport out instead of in as well as a few other mistakes and looking generally confused.
