Easy stamping in of passports if you have visa already. VOA doesn’t work here.
Customs refused to stamp in CdP. We had to go to Adeta for this purpose. See my entry for customs there.

Ghana --> Togo.
Border works 24/7. We crossed it at around 8pm. We showed online visas and it was fine - they let us through. They could not issue Laissez Passer, so we had to go to Adete to get one. Officers wanted to ride with us to the city; however, we agreed that instead one of the random moto drivers sitting nearby would help us. He drove with us for 10km and then we excused him.

If you cross here with e-visa, go to Lome to get some visa sticker in the passport. We did not get one and ran into problems. Part of team:
- Flew out from Lome - had to pay 250k CFA (yes, 250k CFA, ~380 Eur) per person at the airport or they would not let us through to the flight. We showed the stamp we got on the border, we showed printed e-visa, argued that it's max 25k CFA for a new visa, but nobody cared. Officers issued a receipt, but I don't think we'll get any money back.
- Hillacondji border (Togo-->Benin) - we were stuck for a while. We showed printed e-visas and officers had to make some calls. In the end they were not very happy, but stamped our passports and let us through with no money paid.

Leaving togo:
Passport and carnet where both stamped at the border post, a bit of confusion and the guy had to call his boss asking about the carnet.

A bit slow bit everyone was friendly and no problems.

You need your visa to cross this border. They don’t give 7 days visa here !

We exited Togo here. It's a very quiet and easy border, the guy was a bit slow and didn't know where to put the stamp, but very friendly.

According to my information they cannot do the 7-day visa at this border, cross further south at Kpendze if you need it.
