Stopped by at 8:45am and it was closed. A guy came out and said they no longer serve at this location since they just opened a spot in Villa Santa Lucía. We didn’t see anything there but…unfortunately this spot here was not serving anything.

We did stop at a place in Santa Lucía that was marked on ioverlander as “comida” - they had kutchen, cakes and food too. Maybe that’s the new spot?

Still opened with awesome food. We had empanadas all home made, with local meat, vegetables from the garden, and an option vegetarian. There also a meal of the day (almuerzo), pan, jams (home made), cupcakes, and mostly amazing desert (raspberry from the garden mousse and genoise, lemon cake, ect)

Great stop in a rainy day, don't hesitate to stop 😊

Really nice family restaurant. Limited food options with low pandemic tourism. We just had tea and it was a nice experience.

Amaaaazing food: almuerzo (cazuela, salad, bread, salsas) for 7000clp, homemade marmalades, kuchens (wonderful cakes!), pastry. All clean and cosy, welcoming owners. We enjoyed!

Super cute family farm that offers home-cooked food to travelers and locals. We had cazuela de vacuno (traditional Chilean soup with pumpkin, potato, corn, beef, cilantro, etc) and empanadas. The food was great and reasonably priced... 5000 CLP for the cazuela and 1800 per empanada... tea, coffee, soft drinks and herbal infusions offered. There was also some yummy-looking fresh kuchens that we were too full to try! Oh... and some wedges of watermelon...

A very nice small restaurant, nice owners and good food. We had the vegetarian and manzana empanadas, which were very good! They also sell home made marmalade. Good coffee and nice view on the mountains.

It was still open when we past by, lucky us! :)
The Empanadas where already sold out, but they had two left from yesterday, filled with Applesauce. And they were sooo good! Saw people eating lunch there. It looked amazing!
Highly recommended!

Delicious! Super friendly family and homecooked hearty meals, as well as empanadas and sandwiches. We had cazuela, consomme, and pastel de papa (shepherds pie). All three were great! Our friends said the meat empanadas were good also with yummy meat and large size. Perfect place to stop in the rain and enjoy. They have hot tea & beer, etc.
