Something not right?

Description

500 pesos. The owner Aron is a nice guy, you can talk to him about the price (speaks English).
Palapas with beach view like the campings around.
We could use his laudromat and were invited to a very good breakfast.
Bathroom not as clean as Kikis next to it, rest is the same.

Latest Check-Ins

Stayed here for 2 nights in October, it was just ok, Arrone the manager was very nice, paid US$40/night no hot water. The whole area needs so much work it's almost too much to tackle. The beach was very clean, large and the sea was warm. That's the part we loved.

Stayed here and it's a nice beach and good bathroom and shower. $50 is the going rate for the beach front two story palapas, and that seems standard for Kiki's as well. $40 for the spots off the beach. Its definitely dated, the restaurant isn't open but they seem to be working on getting it back into working order. in the meantime it's a 10m walk to the Malecón for food and drinks.

Got taken for a ride by some local kid running the place. Charged me $50, I paid it cause I’m tired and needed some where to crash. Place is not taken care of. Showers and bath are gross. This is coming from someone whose been pooping in hole for a month. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Report Check-In

They now ask 500 pesos so I didn’t stay.

Report Check-In

Been here for 2 nights and will stay another night. For some reason, on the weekends Rubens is much less noisy than Kiki's. It seems more local families (with lots of people & kids) stay at Kiki's. 200-300 mxn/night/person depending on # of days. I even had a car oil change with one of the employees while here.
