Description

Opposite the entrance to the Sendero de Alerces is a parking lot where we spent a quiet night in our motorhome. In the morning, we were the first on the trail and enjoyed to look at these gigantic trees.

Latest Check-Ins

Parking in front of Sendero los Alerces. No sign prohibiting camping, contrary to the previous parkings we saw coming from Caleta Gonzalo. No signal with Entel.

Report Check-In

Great spot, levelled, and in the night very quiet parking lot next to the street and across the entrance of the sendero los Alerces. Good for the night. The Sendero is very very beautiful and short, you can also do it with small kids 😊

Report Check-In

We got here around 4 and while others came to do hike, only one other camper joined us overnight - were not checked in on. No cell signal. Very quiet.

Report Check-In

No problems staying here overnight. The parking spot is right next to the road but no traffic overnight. We really enjoyed the longer hiking trail a couple hundred meters down the road. The smaller loop is great as well. Nice stop after the ferry.

Report Check-In

We arrived in the pouring rain at 3pm and stayed until the next morning. Fortunately the rain stopped and it was a great walk through the trees. We had no trouble parking there for the night.
