Could be amazing! The area to park/camp is uneven and area for electrical hookups is full of weeds. The entire area is bumpy, tree stumps etc. we found the best spot. They could make it so much nicer!!
PS Mosquitoes were horrible! Weak cell signal and only Wi-Fi is in the reception area and best is at the restaurant. Expensive for what it is.
Rooster doesn’t know what time it is day or night. The geese are noisy. Am I complaining? Not really just setting expectations for you, Welcome to Mexico! We sat by the fire with 2 families we met previously in Merida for NYE, it was a nice way to ring in a new year.
Shower & toilet are fine near restaurant.
Didn’t take the bee tour but it is very popular.
Valladolid is a quaint and cool town.

Passamos o Natal aqui, é um bom lugar para ficar. Mas a internet não pega onde ficam os mothorhomes. E onde pega a internet é ruim. Tem cozinha compartilhada mas sempre muito cheia e distante dos carros. Ducha não é quente. Lado positivo tem piscina e banheiros limpos.

Great camping!!! There is a camping/parking area as well as Cabañas for rent. The parking is 150 pesos per person. The workers here are very friendly, and it is a well maintained area. The pool is really nice, very clean and a lot of spaces to sit as well as hammocks. There is a bee tour and a “museum” as well.

There are scooters for rent for 500 pesos for 24 hours, which is a bit expensive, but it is a lot of fun.

There is also a restaurant but didn’t try it. Really great place!

Report Check-In

search Xkopek RV trailer park for the correct entry for the RVs, there's 2 good spots on one side facing into the park and then on the other side facing the road 3 or 4 spots but lumpy uneven surfaces, thick clumps of weeds some almost knee high we were forced to park in here because the two spots on the other side were taken.. they need to do better to level out and maintain the other sites because it was pretty annoying.. much like the hot water that didn't work till the next morning

Report Check-In

Great place, no complaints. They rent motos for a good price. Nice restaurant with good wifi. Pool. All for a good price.

Report Check-In

This was a cute little spot with lots of trees and wildlife! It felt very safe as we were behind a locked gate and we were the only ones camping there for the night. They had great showers and bathrooms. They even had a cute little hang out spot with hammocks and games. It cost us $350 pesos with electricity for 1 night. The only thing is the road to get to this place was very rough and narrow through the little neighborhood streets and the lot where they had us camp was very bumpy with lots of holes that made it very uneven but it was fine for a night and it is very close to most things. All in all a good little spot.

Report Check-In

Nice place close to the city center of Valladolid. The swimming pool is really very beautiful, the free guided tour to discover the bees çç interesting. The price is 150p per adult and 100 for children from 6 years old.

March 2nd, 2023: 500 pesos for 2 adults and 2 kids without services. The site and the swimming pool are very nice. Pet friendly. Bee tours included. Wifi only in the lobby. Rooster and dogs all night. Rooster lives directly on the campsite without service so we decide to stay only 1 night.

Report Check-In

Correction to previous comment: rooster (not cocktail!) crows all night. it really does!

Report Check-In

Fairly well maintained in spite of some plumbing issues. only hookup is electricity (50 pesos extra per day), which doesn't always work well. Very noisy at night (dogs and cocktail that starts crowing at 10 pm). Avoid parking on small area for RVs: very dirty and enormous molehills appear overnight.

Report Check-In

We took the guided bee tour and really enjoyed it.
You get lots of information about the local bee and how they separate from the European ones. It’s super interesting, people are friendly and the product tasting is also super nice.
Definitely worth the money. (150 pesos pp)

Report Check-In

Very nice! If you are lucky enough yiu can have shade under the trees. The pool is amazing. The free bee tour is interesting and the testing at the end is cool. You can buy honey and it is really good.
Dogs barking a bit but overall ok at night.

Report Check-In

Stayed there two nights. It is such a nice place. The pool is so great, the food at the restaurant not too expensive and quite fancy.
It’s 150 pesos per person without electricity. And you can do the bees tour for free which is very interesting (it can be in English or Spanish)
There is toilet and cold shower.
We refill our water tank from the tap.
The wifi is only at the reception and it’s quite slow.
The entrance is at the road 59 : 20.677632, -88.195481

Report Check-In

The place is nice, but actually very noisy. First, four dogs that bark all night. During the day, from noon to 4-5 p.m. they play too loud music from the swiming pool. In the evening, parties from the neighbor's yard and sing until late at night. During three nights of my staying, I did not sleep peacefully.

Report Check-In

as written before, nice place, a bit fancy. we stayed there after we saw Eco camping Valladolid that was pretty abounded and pricy.

this place take 150 pp for the night and have all the facilities

Report Check-In

As others have said, nice place. Well kept, everything was cared for. Amenities werent extravagant of course, but they are basic and clean and functional. Pool was great. Restaurant is open most of the time and is reasonably priced. WiFi at main building only. Probably not suitable for the biggest of rigs - there is a 28ft Class C here right now, it feels fine but it would be a problem if you tried to get a second one in, or a bigger one. So, best to call ahead to check. For things like truck campers, little vans, sprinters etc it's absolutely perfect. Make sure you enter from the side entrance (big green gates) not the main entrance google takes you to, because you can't access the RV parking area from there.

Pet friendly.

150 peso per night for 1 person, van, and dog.

Totally worth it, and would stay again.

Report Check-In

We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very pretty property with a beautiful pool. It was extremely hot even in mid-March, so the pool was appreciated. This place caters to the hostel crowd, so there is a cooking and sink area, as well as a nice bath house (cold shower only). Bee tour is included in stay. Taxi into town center is 30 pesos, but it’s only a mile or so if you want to walk. There is WiFi at the main building. It gets slow at night when lots of people are using it, but it worked fine at other times. Price was 150/adult/night. Outdoor restaurant is very pretty, too. We had breakfast there.

Report Check-In

drove past the 59 calle gate but could reach it backwards. little place for vans or small rv's not much privacy. when we just had arrived a big French camper entered right next to us. 50 cm in between. when I complained to the owner he asked
them to move up a bit.

Report Check-In

Till now, all ok. We're here with the truckcamper. Nice pool!

Report Check-In

We stayed 3 bites in this very nice camping! Very relaxing atmosphere! Nice swimming pool, nice shop with bees products, and also annorganized tour to know more about the bees. Leonardo at the reception is kind and take the time to explain everything. Showers (there was no hot water for us) toilets, shared chicken, you can put your tent where you want. There is a restaurant serving pizzas at night and breakfast on morning, we didn't test it. 20min walk from city center. 150pesos per person per night.
We asked if we could fill in our 110lt water tank, they said yes, but then when we checked the water had a bad smell a lot of sand, so we didn't take it..

Report Check-In

Beautiful green sorrounding, clean bathrooms, nice clean pool, no shadow at RV Park, unfortunately no wifi at site (only at reception, but really very slow)

Report Check-In

The green entrance gate for motorhomes is at the road 59, parallel to the one leading to the reception (iov icon).
Wifi does not reach pool or campground. At the reception itself, for working online, it was far too slow. Almost no shade. Nice pool, nice location.

Report Check-In

Everything as described, we just want to add that this is by far the best deal you are going to find in and around Valladolid. On top of the beautiful surroundings, bee tour and pool, we were able to plug in our air con during the entire four days.

The bee tour is really nice, also to get some more insights in cenotes.
Paid 300 per night for 2 adults, 2kids and car with RTT.

Cool little park on the south side of town. Paid 300p for two people. Price includes a free bee tour, which was definitely worth! Lots of high quality honey products sold at the store too.

Lots of relaxing areas to chill out, fast wifi, the bee tour was amazing.

Beautiful and quiet place. Everything you need: electricity , water , hot shower and even
breakfast for 60 pesos ppn highly recommended. The bee tour was amazing with honey
tasting.

Report Check-In

It is a really lovely place to camp or sleep in little rooms/houses. We slept in a tent for 100 Pesos pppn, for us it was a totally fine price. When you sleep there you get the bee tour for free and this is a real interesting tour, you should do it! Honey tasting is included :) and if you want to take some honey or other honey products you can buy them in the shop.
The play has a kitchen, enough stuff to use and a fridge. The space to hang around and sit together is cute and comfy. Bathroom is perfect for a camping spot, clean and warm water available.
We did not book the tent spot in advance, we arrived and hoped there is space free. The stuff is good in English and very friendly! Bikes can be rent for 70 Pesos pppd. Definitely to recommend!

2:nd time here; still a great place with a well maintained, lovely area

Report Check-In

Really nice campground. 100 pp + 40 for the electricity. The bee tour is included and is super informative ! Perfect to be out and about in Valladolid. The city center is only a 20-minute walk.

Nice and clean (hot) showers.

Breakfast is not included, it’s an extra 60 pp. it was quite good and included coffee and juice.

Report Check-In

Very beautiful camping, surrounded by nature but in the city. Easily accessible and not too far from city center. We did the bee tour the next morning; super insightful. They are located next to a cenote seco; that is a old cenote that is now dry and filled with luxurious vegetation.

Report Check-In

As described; we stayed 3 nights with our Pickup camper on the wide open parking area near the back entrance ; payed 200Pesos/2persons/night; beautiful areas for tent camping!

Report Check-In

Really nice place to stay. Communal kitchen/ eating area. Clean bathrooms and showers. They have an rv area with water and electricity hook up with no height restrictions if you drive through the back entrance. Front entrance will only fit about 3m tall and it’s tight in between the trees with no hookups. Our 2.6m van just squeezed through the trees.
100peso per person no hook ups or with hookups an extra 40 peso.
They also have a bee tour for free for guests that is really informative, the bees don’t have stingers and are not aggressive. Tour takes about an hour.

We stayed here for two nights with a 24 feet, 240 pesos a night with electricity. The showers are ok, the staff very pleasant. We were able to fill up with water before leaving. To access it with an RV go through the street 59.

Report Check-In

You have to camp/park in the small parking lot if you want to have shade. Otherwise there is also a trailer park (no shade, but electricity), which you can reach via Calle 59.
Besides everything positive: Fast WiFi for mexican standards, nice communal area with hammocks and kitchen, warm showers, clean toilets.
100M$/person, +20M$ with basic breakfast (wouldn't try it). We got a 10% discount because we stayed one week.
Bikes are 50M$/day.

Report Check-In

stayed here 3 nights with our 22 feets RV. friendly staff, bee tour, Breakfeast included. they charged us 300 for 2 adults+2 kids. 30 mn walk from the center.

Report Check-In

We really liked it here. The 100pesos per person includes a fascinating tour of the bee hives and honey production. At 10:00am, it lasts 1.5 hrs and includes a honey tasting session at the end. Very worthwhile. The camping also includes a simple breakfast (contrary to stated below, it is available on Mondays). Bathrooms are fine (cold water only). WiFi is good. Entry gate is around 3.4m (maybe 3.5m) high. Plugin and water-fill tap available if you need it. Close to town. Very friendly. Happy days 😎

Report Check-In

Nice spot, we camped in our van in the dirt parking lot in front of the honey shop. 100 pesos per person. Monday's don't include breakfast sadly. Wifi is decent, Jorge is super friendly. We arrived around sunset on a sunset and there wasn't anyone around to check in with- called the number on the door (Jorge) and he was back in minutes. Main square is about 15 minute walk away. Bathrooms decent.

Report Check-In

nice place but the wifi does not work good. when we where there there was no water in the mornig so we couldnt shower and brush our teeths. then i asked for a discount for the camping and he was laughing on me and he didnt gave us a discount. if you have other options choose another place!

Report Check-In

We spent three nights here. 100MP/pp, including electricity, continental breakfast and a very nice property tour (they produce honey and there is a dry cenote in the property) where they teach you about local bees and Mayan traditions. If you stay for 6 days, the seventh one is for free. Very calm although there was some loud music in the neighbourhood on a saturday night until late, and the next day the owners had some loud visitors playing games until 11pm. They have bikes for rent (50MP for the whole day), ideal to go to the nearby cenotes (X'kekén and Samulha 35mins ride, and Oxman). Place for maybe 3 rigs. We fit through the entrance gate with our truck camper (12ft high).
