Definitely a bit far out but nice atmosphere... Definitely a party hostel, especially on weekends..if you don't do noise and late nights, not recommended.

in my opinion, a serious lack of showers and toilets based on number of beds....One cramped shower and two toilets for a 16 bed dorm makes no sense.....and zero nails or hangers for towels etc .
Still an ok vibe but really think it's a bit overpriced for what you get

true backpacker ambience. rather expensive drink and food (water and soda at triple price what you'll find in stores, meals at about 800 shillings). during Fridays there's party going on here, and to top it off the accommodation price seems to increase by 30% for that night. The shower is pleasantly cold.

Nice backpackers place, with pool and great affordable restaurant, staid for a few nights. In the weekends you dont want to camp with your car (700ksh) as there’s too much noise with people and cars going in/out for the party. The dorms are perfect for 1000ksh.

Camping still 600 pppn. Camping with tent on lawn. With a car it is only possible on the uneven parking lot. Very nice and clean facilities and very friendly staff. Showers are heaten by solar, so on a cloudy day, there is no hot shower. We didn't stay because we didn't want to stay on the parking lot.

Relaxed atmosphere, clean, budget friendly and well run. Not a party hostel, great place to relax for a few days and meet fellow travelers. Nice and clean pool. Awarded with best hostel in Kenya in 2016 and 2017. 500m walk to the nice beach.

Restaurant serves food from 200-600 shillings, ok portions. Ice cold beers, cocktails and sodas. 250 for beer, and 200 during happy hours. They arrange snorkeling/fishing/island day trips and such way cheaper than what the beach boys wanted to charge us.

Camping is 600, dorm beds start at 1200. Private cottages from 3600. Safe and secure guarded parking on premises, plenty of space for campervans and motorcycles.

Recommended.
