Great place to stay on your way thru SPS we really enjoyed it we only stay one night but the place is beautiful and the gardens are really well maintained

Report Check-In

Amazing place with the best beer since months! Amazing IPA and Red Ale. Burgers are also veeeery good!

Camping area is all the way in the back of the parking lot. Clean, level and quiet during the night!

Report Check-In

cool place with good craft beer 😋. I stayed only the night but i was tent camping. Generally quiet and relaxing. I got to briefly talk to Jason and I'm super grateful he opens up his Brewery for camping in town here

LETS START by saying HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
By far, hands down the best craft beer in 6 months if Central America and I am a Canadian craft beer snob.
Let’s go on to the food, comforts of home and AMAZING. Again, some of the best we have had. We are spending extra nights as they have MaSSIVE dog park beer garden sitting area.
They are not charging us for staying because we sat and drink there. The yard is amazing, the camping cavities are a bit of a walk and not as nice as hotel BUT who would complain.
This is a must stop if you like craft beer, great hosts (see Jason) and amazing food. Traveling with dogs, they are so accommodating.
Not enough words coming to mind to say enough good things about this amazing little score.
We only saw this on IOverlander the day before and so pleased to have found it.
Come here and debate me on my strong recommendations

They earned it

Free to camp but note its costs a fortune as food and beer is great so you keep going back for more. Quite during week but could be loud if have events on in weekend.

Note you need to tell security when you arrive you want to camp and they will show you where.

Can't use pool and it's very hot here during day. But a great one night stop on your way through.

Report Check-In

What a place, the owners of this place are amazing. We had a very nice evening with them and the beer is just one of the best you will be tasting since a long time. The imperial stout was something I have never tasted before and it was delicious.

Getting there is a bit tricky as maps.me wants to send you around the back. The best way to get there is to navigate to the Jardines del Recuerdo and just before you enter follow the dirt road to your right, in the far right corner is the place.

Report Check-In

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place. Jason and his wife a so lovely owners. Food was excellent and the beer one of the best !!

Report Check-In

The only reason we were in SPS was for a VW mechanic, but this place was a beautiful add-on. Thankful for the hospitality here as there isn't really anywhere else to go except for a hotel. We were asked to only stay two nights though, I hope that other overlanders haven't overstayed their welcome as our community needs a place like this! Loved the beer, bummed they didn't sell any cans to take with us. Oh, and Jason really helped us out with finding a pet friendly place on Utila 🙏🏻

Report Check-In

Fun change of pace. Field to camp in with some shade for smaller rigs on the edges. We were given access to the pool, with the understanding that the hotel is adult-only and our five-year-old needed to be quiet. Fortunately, we had the pool to ourselves. Not sure we could’ve survived without the pool. It was very, very hot during the day. Enjoyed a meal at the restaurant (gin tonic) and another at the brewery. My only issue is the location of the bathroom, which is clear on the other side of the property from the camping and requires threading behind buildings. I didn’t and wouldn’t go over there at night. I guess there are showers there, but we didn’t use them. There is a water spigot near the hotel entrance with really high water pressure. Multiple people said it is potable water. We did buy breakfast, which we ate at the hotel, as a thank you for letting us use the pool. Everyone was kind and hospitable.

Everything as described- we just want to be on this fan page too! Great food, wifi, beer (try the wheat beer) and hosts. Thank you Jason, his son and Alvin for being most hospitable.

Google maps leads you to a dead end street. We've added a picture to hopefully clarify where the entrance is.
The place is definitely worth visiting. Nice camp spot. Great beer and absolutely lovely hosts.

Report Check-In

Very good place to rest up. We stayed here for 4 nights. Very friendly and hospitable! Very green, lots of shade and mostly quiet. Good restaurant and a bar, good food and drinksThe bar has free WiFi, In the parking area you get cellphone reception. Good and clean toilets! It is free to stay here, Jason likes overllanders to stay there.

on recommande fortement!

Stayed one night, there was an event so we werent the only one and we didn't have the chance to meet Jason. So we just eat and drink at Jungla the brewery, and sleep we'll.

Report Check-In

We spent 5 days with Jason in Angelis Garden. We can say it is an absolute little paradise in San Pedro.
Great people, good food, excellent beer and great nature that surrounds you. Jason is aan absolutely great host and a man for everything. He always takes his time and is available with advice and assistance. For example, he helped us find a mechanic for our old lady. Ask him for the small hike behind the brewery, it’s really beautiful.

We also got Electric for our van after asking.

Don’t miss this plance in San Pedro.

Report Check-In

Google took us to wrong side of the property as the road is a dead end. Easy to redirect yourself by following the map. This place is a great place to stop, this city also has everything you need. People are friendly and welcoming. The prevous post says it all we stayed 4 nights inc Xmas day. The water from the tap on this property is drinkable - we measured it at 29ppm which is lower than most purificadors. Jason and Jason junior are the best.

Report Check-In

Angeli Gardens is the spot, no doubt. Beautiful grounds, big grassy area for several Rigs. Jason was an awesome host and the whole experience was amazing. Definitely try and hike up to the viewpoint one morning or evening. Awesome views of the city. Super safe, super dog friendly, and no doubly the best place to call home for a couple days while planning your next stop.

Report Check-In

We stayed here for two nights.
Nice green and quiet spot to camp at, showers and restrooms can be used, water faucet available, good Claro 4g signal.

Jason is an awesome guy who has been living here for years and is very well connected so he was able to tell us about places in town to run some errands and give advice for the rest of our Honduras trip.

The beer and food in the bar and the restaurant are great, but be aware that both are closed on Mondays. You can still camp on Mondays though.

Report Check-In

A haven in San Pedro Sula. Angeli Gardens was totally worth the stop to split our planned drive into two days. Had a great time with Jason, his buddies and microbrew beer. We ended up staying a second night because it felt comfortable and for more beer.

Scared of San Pedro Sula because of the stories and statistics from the news? Don't go there if you are involved in drug buisiness, otherwise likely safer than NYC. Fruit of the Loom and other US brands have factories in S.P.S. which constantly send their US managers to this city. City itself is industrial and has nothing worth visiting.

Jason the co-owner of the brewery enjoys having forgeiners over and is very welcoming and hospitable. He travels a lot so you will have a common interest to talk about.

Rafael the brewmaster makes awesome beer from Porter to IPA. Congrats on his beer, did not to drink such good beer since Panama.

Got some take away beer to enjoy on the propertie's look out point over the city and our onward trip.

Campspot on gravel or grass/sand parking lot surounded by greenery. Lots off security cameras and security guards, super safe but the best of it all is Jason's hospitality and beer.

Report Check-In

We spent one night here.
The place was closed when we arrived and the security guard called the owners to ask if it’s ok to let us park for the night.
We used toilets and shower (cold) and in the morning we had breakfast and coffee (not cheap at all).
It’s a very beautiful place and probably the best place to stay the night in this city.

Report Check-In

Angeli gardens is the best place to stay in San Pedro sula!
Run by Jason and Angie(best, nicest, most welcoming people ever! And Alvin! ), it’s a wonderful restaurant/brewery/garden/wedding venue. Has zip lining, a hike to the best view in the city, and a beautiful property that is covered in beautiful plants and flowers. Very upscale property, and delish food. No hotel but we stayed on the property in our camper trailer that is 16ft long plus our huge f250. Dogs are welcome. We loved this place so much we stayed 3 weeks!!! We also left our trailer here while we went to visit the island of roatan which was amazing. Jason highly recommended it and it was so worth it. There was power and water. The payment to stay is to eat at the restaurant or brewery for your stay. Amazing food! Everyone was sooo accommodating and friendly. The whole place is gated in and has many security guards all over the property so it’s completely safe. Jason helped us out with whatever we needed and became a good friend of ours and we will be visiting again. We also stayed here on our way back to the states. They said they are in the process of making a camping area as well and eventually little cabins as well. Can’t hi wait to come back!!

Report Check-In

After 4 months in México and central America, it was so good to find a place like that with really good IPA beers. Big parking lot where you can sleep far from the bar
Jason is really friendly!

Report Check-In

Wow. Did not expect such a nice place there. Jason was super helpful and even drove us around to search for car parts. As mentioned already it is free as long as you consume t
Something in the restaurant or bar. Which is definitely recommended. The self brewed beer is delicious

Report Check-In

As described. No charge for parking with reasonable purchase of all they have to offer. We went on the zip line, and had supper/beers in the bar. the lookout up top gives a great view over San Pedro Sula.
The folks are friendly and helpful (I needed to fill water tank and the security guys wanted to do it all for me). They park Overlanders at the back of the parking lot where there’s grass and a bit of privacy.
Yes, the food here is a ‘splurge’ for many overlanders, but the value is great and your overnight accommodations included.

Report Check-In

Arrived and was welcomed by Alvin at the front desk. Super friendly and directed us to the cerveseria. Absolute brilliant and friendly staff. Delicious beers. Amazing food. Chatted to Jason who was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Live music at the cerveseria.

The security guard showed us to where the showers (cold) and clean, flush toilets were. Super clean.

Had an amazing night. Felt so unbelievably welcomed.

Unfortunately had to leave early the next morning so no zip lining or hikes for us. But cannot recommend this place enough.

Report Check-In

Cool place. Food is tasty but pricey. Good place to make a stop if you are on the way to San Pedro Sula.

Is very hot at night.

Report Check-In

Stopped but didn't end up staying as we needed Wi-Fi to make some calls back home and they didn't have any. It was a huge spot... if you eat $10 worth of food or beer you can stay for free but the restaurant was really pricey. Beer at the cervezaria was really good though.

Report Check-In

All is perfect. Clean, safe, friendly! We recommand.

Report Check-In

A nursery with Craft Brewery and beautiful and great garden restaurant.
Free if you spend $10 there...but nobody checks!
Huge car park with shaded and quite corners...my dog was free to roam.

Report Check-In

Free beer!

You are allowed to camp here, if you buy drinks/food. So we went to the cervezeria (which was really nice!) and for the price we pay normally for a campspot we could buy a sampler.

135 L for 4 small beers they brew themselves.

We also had dinner at the restaurant, although that was really pricy (around 270-350 for a main dish, some even more expensive.

The owner and other staff were really friendly and the place is beautiful! You can also book a 1km hike to the beginning of a zipline which start at 230m height. (We didn’t do this, but we talked to other guests who did and said that it was much fun)

The coordinates of the entrance are:
N15.290155 W88.023305

Would totally recommend!
Super safe, super friendly and above all, great beer!

Side note: when we were there they didn’t have wifi. The wifi in the cervezeria didn’t work and they didn’t have wifi to use in the restaurant.

Waouw !
