We had to negotiate a little with the lady at the reception but she agreed to give us 30 liters of drinking water (20 liters only at the beginning). There is no hose, you have to park nearby and go back and forth with a can to fill your tank.

Very good place to refuel water because the barrack is very easy access. just ask firefighters reception and after they leave a long-pipe the back of the barrack. Water is very clear, drinking and free
