Parilla La Estancia | Restaurant

food was alright. waiter was nice and spoke a few words english. we were with three people and didn’t get our food at the same time.

we got short ribs (apparently these were pork and not cow, but alright, we ordered medium and got rare) this one came first, then we waited like half an hour for the rest to come. it seems the bbq side of the restaurant operates completely separate from the other kitchen.

so after the waiting, we got a pasta (which felt more like a pancake with veggies rolled into it and then sauce on it, the sauce was okay but not really flavorful) and lastly fish with lemon sauce and potatoes (also not really flavorful, but it was okay). for drinks we just had water. we also had a simple garden salad (just leaves with tomato and a whole lot of onion) and fries.

total was a 30,6k pesos. wouldn’t go again, but there’s generally not that much good food in ushuaia.

en la estancia contamos con el menú libre que incluye un buffet con fiambres y vegetales crudos. luego asado con la carne de su elección incluyendo carnero de Tierra del Fuego y postre. Estuvimos allí para la final de la gran atmósfera de la copa del mundo.

Dans l'estancia, nous avons le menu gratuit qui comprend un buffet de charcuterie et de crudités. puis rôti avec la viande de votre choix, y compris le mouton Tierra del Fuego et le dessert. Nous étions là pour la finale de la coupe du monde super ambiance.

1200 peso pp for tenedor libre. found it too expensive and didnt end up eating but were told by fellow travelers the food it good

awesome place to eat all you can eat what you can eat. you walk up to the live Fire Grill and you ask for the meat that you want and you can get an eat as much as you want this place is awesome

I visited this place in May 2015 and I am sitting here with my belly full of the all you can eat parrilla (BBQ). I am glad the have not changed cause its it's awesome sauce. $800 Argentina $$$ about $18 usd. great meats, real king crab, oysters, and my favorite the beets. They get ya on the wine but you pay more in the states. I highly recommend you come and eat here.

absolutely fabulous parilla. All you can eat for 680 peso. includes salad and buffet and a dessert. Excellent meat, friendly stuff. But come early sometimes it's full.
