Natia has been the most remarkable person I've met in Georgia - in a negative way unfortunately. She kept walking into my room (without permission from my side , nor notification from hers) just to look around and reorganise my stuff! Her husband had been helpful to guide me to their place, but then started to talk about the 'animals' (and referring to Iranians) who'd been renting the place the night before. It made me wonder how they would talk about me after I leave... (there was really nothing extraordinarily dirty; the room just wasn't cleaned when I arrived, that's all). Very uncomfortable and inappropriate. But it is quiet at night, I could park my motorbike in the patio and the location is very good. Agreed on 40 Lari per night for 1 person, but when I paid after 2 nights Natia didn't want to give me change from 100 Lari... under loud cursing she threw 10 Lari out of the window down on the floor and told me to leave. I never experienced anything like this before! After she left, her husband kindly apologised for her behaviour and told me it wasn't the first occasion like this (saying his wife was crazy, which I then tried to moderate to being overly stressed out). so... be prepared!

GPS coords are not exact, it's in a small road off to the west of Iveria Street.
Second to last door is also a nice hostel (hostel Natia). You can see the small yard from the Street. I paid 50 GEL at Natia per night for a private room with shower and wifi.

Very central in oldtown.

Beautiful and cosy home stay. Literally 1min walk to the centre and yet far from the crowd. Owner is a very nice lady and helpful. Safe place to park your motorcycle too. And by the way breakfast is delicious too, served in a yet beautiful balcony with amazing view. She did my laundry too 😍

We spend two nights in this family stay. Save place for the motorbikes, in the hart of the old city.
You can do your laundry inclusief the price.

Perfect place for safe parking of one or two motorbikes and a lovely accommodation in a private room with washing maschine, shower, comfi beds for a cheap price. You can have breakfast if you want or just make your own in the room. WiFi and very central. The doughter of the house speaks good english.

Its the last door on the left in a small alley going left on Iveria Street (check picture).
