We stayed here for one night and felt pretty safe. Just make sure to pay the daily rate when you enter and not when you leave otherwise you will be charged per hour which is more expensive than the daily rate.

LMAO. the bar next door has the loudest, most enthusiastic mariachis ever. earplugs are barely taking the edge off. also, when we arrived we were accosted by a guy telling us his life story and commenting on our rig. eventually we gave him 100 pesos and he left. also, the parking attendant knocked at 9:30 and made us pay for the whole 24 hours plus some. I think we're safe, but this is downtown and in the thick of life and the entertainment district.

Stayed one night here in our not-stealth pop up truck camper from about 9pm-9am, no problems. Quite loud from the shipping boats and forklifts and whatnot, but safe and central.

basic paid parking lot, walking distance to bars and resturants. not a bad place to stop of you crossed late or got caught up w TIP process in TJ.

Report Check-In

Pretty noisy at night because of the port workers. Somewhat to expect though and made it a safe spot.

Report Check-In

Arrived late on a Sunday morning. Not a lot of double spots available but we found one. Our rig is 8m / 26' long. We were given a small ticket with the time on it. After parking asked about overnighting to confirm and told her we might we be able a few days but would come and go. She had us pay the daily rate then and gave is a receipt to use for in and out. Asked that we pay each morning if we expect to come back. Daily rate still 160 pesos. Very good LTE signal for us. If you are longer than two parking spaces you might have an issue. Pretty quiet after 9pm. Lot is well lit and we felt safe. Close to many things.

Paid parking lot with security/observer until at least midnight. Pull a ticket when you pull up and park where you want. Hang out or leave van and go venture around town. We arrived around 1 hour from sundown and felt it was safe enough to leave to grab some margaritas and food. There was a worker in an orange vest walking around and was their “security”. I asked if security was here at night and he said yes. We came back around 10 and did a van 69, turned on some music and hung out for an hour of so. Every time I looked over where I saw security earlier, he was looking right at the lot in the same place. Very comforting. We shut down shop around midnight and I looked over again and he was gone. It was quiet all time in my opinion, but I’m a deep sleeper. $8 US dollars a night. 🤘

As everyone described. Just a parking lot in the harbour / tourist area. We did not see and use the toilet. Security was around all day long, not sure about night time. Got louder once at 2am by a group of (drunken) men, but other than that it was not noisy till 6am. Good if you want to be close to bars and restaurants.

Report Check-In

It is a parking place with security but not quiet at night. For 14 hours you have to pay MX$ 160.

Great place direct in center and harbour. Very strange that is was so quiet at night. Guard in duty but No moment that I was not comfortable. Felt Very safe, No strange people. When we left on 6:30 am the gate was open so we stayed for free.

We stayed here 5 nights (not by choice😅). There was always one or two security guards in the parking. We had no problem and during the night, it was as quiet as it can be in the middle of a mexican city ;-)
We didn't saw one of them, but our diving instructor (who live in Ensenada) said us it was a very bad place to sleep because the junkies are loitering around the parking. So, not a bad place if you have no other choice.
