As described. Came cycling. All nice. I recommend.
Humberto talks a lot and is friendly.

Report Check-In

We stayed six nights here, one in our van and five in our tent. Humberto, the owner, is very helpful. We had some fairly bad dents on the van as a souvenir from Guatemala. Humberto knows a good workshop close to the camping. They fixed the dents and also did a small welding job for a good price in just a couple of days. Excellent work! Humberto’s camping is nice and the shared kitchen works fine. Shower is actually very hot.

Report Check-In

We liked the camping. It has a bathroom, hot shower, a communal kitchen, electricity and water. We paid $5 per person. Humberto and his wife were very good friends. He welcomed us very well and gave us tips about the city.
To go to the center it is very easy to take the train, the stop is close to the campsite, and it costs $1 per person.

Report Check-In

Good place with nice owner (if you like that type of people). Humberto helped me to get some weldings done and the guy next to the camping is a real professional with super good welding and painting .. Humberto also helped me with some tools to flatmount my Starlink

good place and very convenient to visit town. Umberto, the owner, likes to talk and has many tips and lots of information. clean bathroom and shower.

Report Check-In

Humberto is a good guy.
When my wife's leg was fractured, Humberto actively helped us.
With his help, I was able to get urgent treatment and return to Korea for surgery.
The campsite is overall great. Highly recommended.

Report Check-In

Our 2.2m high camper could fit through the trees to reach the spot near the house.
A very nice place with friendly owners, and convenient for reaching the city by foot.
The bathroom and kitchen are clean, there’s a very good hot shower. The three dogs are a bit noisy but very gentle :)

Report Check-In

campsite with hot shower, kitchen and three big dogs. electricity available, water has to carry in containers from washing area.. $5 per pax..

Report Check-In

Good place to sleep, nice owners, really hot shower. Easy walking distance to the city center.

Report Check-In

We cannot share the positive comments.
This place was very dissapointing for us.
Firstly, this is not a campground it is a scrap yeard.
Secondly, the shower is not hot but cold.
Thirdly, Humberto did not give us back the change of $ 10 !
No recommendation!!

Report Check-In

We stayed 5 nights at this really good place to visit the beautiful city Cuenca. Price 5$ per person per night. 220V electricity, potable water, very clean banos, hot shower, friendly and communicativ owner (spanisch lessons included 😎), fresh vegetables and fruits, nearby busstop to the center, very kid friendly place. We also had to stay at the grassy area in front because of the high of our truck.

Report Check-In

We spent 2 nights: place as described, thé owner is friendly WE recommend this place. 40mn to walk to the historic center

Report Check-In

super friendly owner made us feel very welcome and gave us a great lunch recommendation of el tunnel in town! very clean and nice facilities

Report Check-In

stayed here for 3 nights, down on the grassy area. You go trough the gate and turn right. Vans do not fit through the lane with low trees.
On walking distance of the old town, nice and quiet location with all aminities. Humberto is very friendly and helpfull but arrange your own garage!

Report Check-In

The Place is well maintained, with hot showers, clean toilets, slow WiFi (in the parking lot) and close to the historic center (20min by foot).

The owner is a bit strange ! Our first 2 Nights he was really friendly and helpfull. The second 2 nights he was a but reserved. After we told him that his VET gave us a wrong certificate, his mood changed.

If you have a dog and want to make the health certificate, DON’T use the VET from the owner. For 35$ he gave us a wrong certificate. After i realize that we went to Animal Doc and she done a real good Job.

Report Check-In

Quiet place as described below. 5 USD pp/pn. The owners even opened an additional bathroom in one of the cabañas for us as they were quite some people on the campground.
Walking distance to the historic city center.

Report Check-In

Super lugar !

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Can't really understand the bad reviews some people left in the past so want to rectify it a bit. Still $5pP and yes, if your rig is too big, you can't park directly next to the house, but you will still get water and electricity (people complaining that you can't run a microwave on it: please do your homework on how much power can be transmitted over a thin 2 wire cable over more than 50m..., it's certainly not much more than 1000W on 110V and no, you can't run a microwave or an Aircon on that...).

Great place to stay and close to the town center (25min by foot or 2-3$ by taxi). Humberto is super friendly and loves to chat (even more if you speak a bit of Spanish ;-) ).

We had a problem with our oil pan and told him that we would need to go to a garage, but he instantly offered that we could work on the car there if we wanted to. We took out the oil pan and brought it to a garage a friend of his recommended and they did a great job of MIG-welding it for $30 on the spot (so a lot more professional than the butcher jobs you often see people doing with a regular electrical welder).

WiFi reaches the parking lot only if you have an extender or a directional antenna, but is very fast if you can get it. Showers are nice and hot. Yes, there is only one combined toilet + shower in the house, but come on, it's not that far to walk there.

Report Check-In

Friendly owner, speaks several languages, lovely dogs. We entered with our 3,9m high rig. We slept in our car and paid 5 usd per personTaxi or walking distance to the center. Nice camp and I loved Cuenca.

Report Check-In

it's a little far from everything, but it's a straight shot down one road to old town and it's at a busy cross roads so catching a taxi is easy. if they are using their meters it's less 3 bucks anywhere in the city. if not, it's a 5 dollar flat fee it seems. Umberto lived in the US for many years and speaks great English. he used to be a biologist and has tons of knowledge to share if you ask. we are over 2 meters tall so parked away from the house, but we preferred it out here as it's sunnier and a bit more private. plus we have 2 dogs and the German shepherds never stopped barking at them. not aggressive, just super annoying. water from the spigot is very clean and only showed 40ppm on my TDS tester. wifi does reach out here, but it's spotty.

Report Check-In

Do not go to the garage that they advise. We paid a lot and they made the car more worse!! Wrong brake pads etc!!

Report Check-In

Great place! Stayed here for over a week with our RV (height 2m) near the house. When you sleep in your van you’ll hear the river flow nearby. Kitchen, toilet and hot shower are clean & comfortable. They have 4 sweet dogs one of them Gordita is 15 years old. Humberto is very kind, speaks English, has a lot of tools and a workshop you can use. Place to make a bom fire. Wifi is okay, stronger wifi signal at the house. $10 per night. Half an hour walk to the city, by taxi no more than 2 dollars, lovely city.

Report Check-In

This place is nice enough, but this place has so much potential to be more.

Unfortunately, if you’re taller than 2 meters, you have to park away from the house. And this place is more like a glorified grassy parking lot than a ‘campsite’. But still, it’s the most nature you can get in a city.

Bathroom is clean and very hot water shower. Although it’s a bit of a walk to the house from the parking lot.

Humberto is really nice and even offered us vegetables from his garden. Home made granola also available ($3.50/bag). Also there are 3 VERY friendly German shepherds on site. We stayed 6 nights. Would stay again if in Cuenca.

$5 per person.

Report Check-In

great welcome from the whole family. we entered the property with no problem with a 24 feet. 5$ per day and per person, ideal place to visit Cuenca. you have to approach the house to benefit from Wifi. We stayed there for two nights. the son speaks French very well.

Report Check-In

You get a place little bumpy, a quiet night, electricity, water. For the bathrooms you must ask and walk to one of the cabanas. We stayed four nights.

Report Check-In

Very quiet and nice place to stay in town. There was no noise. The bathroom was very clean. Maria and Humberto were very nice and helpful. We stayed here for three nights.

Report Check-In

Avoid this place for the next year!! because Umberto starts just now to build a house for his brother with all the noise who comes with the building 20 meters away from your motorhome.

The work starts at 06:00 with a lorry who brought sand and ended at 10:30 p.m with the lorry for the next day

and one day a week he drives at 04:30 a.m. with his very old, loud and bad smelling truck to the vegetables market and return one hour later. no way to sleep.

We stood here 3 nights with a 7 m motorhome together with 3 other motorhomes and 4 people in a tent.

you have only one bathroom for all the 10 people.

yes Umberto is very funny but if you can't sleep on the farm or scrap yeard. call it what ever you like.

Report Check-In

This location is very good situated to visit Cuenca. It’s a good place to take a break or do some maintenance, because you can borrow a ladder or tools from Umberto. It’s also handy to have water, a sewer and electricity available. It’s rather quiet, most of the time.

There is a kitchen and very clean bathroom with shower. Water is hot and pressure fine, as long as the laundry machine is not working, and nobody takes water in the kitchen. We had cold water and even no water for few minutes while showering. This happened several times to us, maybe 1 out of 3 showers.

For up to 3 small campers there is a place close to the house, kitchen, sitting area, bathroom, shower, Wifi, … looks nice. This cannot be reached by larger vehicles (e.g. Mercedes Sprinter or even smaller), because the path to drive there is narrow, tree branches are hanging low.

Big rigs, don’t excpect to find a real campground at the moment.
Actually near the entrance, there is room for 4 big rigs, next to each other, like in a parking lot. Electricity, water and sewer are available there, as well WiFi with weak signal. It’s in fact a grassy area in a big garden, surrounded by several houses. The grass is damaged and very muddy after a few days of rain. At the moment, they are dividing the garden in different lots, putting high walls in between. For those construction works, trucks need to pass the campers to bring materials, sand, stones, … even garbage to level the terrain, maybe to construct a building later. Because of this, it’s not possible to stay with 4 big rigs now, 2 was ok. We think this is only temporarly, Umberto can clean up and do some maintenance to his terrain later.

After the holiday period, we left, but we returned later, for 2 nights. Nothing changed in the mean time.

We fully agree with the previous comment. We were there at the same moment and had a lot of problems with the electricity, because we were 4 campers. We stayed some longer, from the moment we were 2 campers, it was ok, but only for light, fridge, charging electronics. As soon as we were alone, electricity did work better, although still very weak, at that moment we could use a water kettle or a microwave, but not together with other devices, had to turn off the fridge, charging computer or tablet.

We also didn’t like so much that a big working truck comes in almost every night, to leave early morning with noisy and bad smelling engine for some time, till warm. The gate of the campground remains open the whole day and night, we are not sure if this is very secure …

We know Umberto is a very kind and helpfull person, lets hope he will learn about our experiences and take some action. There are a lot of possibilities to make this place to a real nice campground, were people feel welcome and safe.

Report Check-In

The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the historical center of the city. We had three days of several power outages due to the precarious conditions of its electrical panel. On the ground there are disabled vehicles and debris.

Report Check-In

If you want to visit Cuenca down town the spot is very well located, you can walk to town or take a taxi for 2$ dollars.
Toilette and the hot shower were very clean.
Humberto is a nice guy and helpful.
However he advised us to an mechanic guy for our pick-up-Camper and we had the impression the mechanic had no idea about our car. In the end we had to pay 30$ for the mechanic who really only looked at our car, we didn’t get any new advice.
So it’s of course always helpful if you get recommendations from a local, however be careful.
Beside the mechanic topic we had a pleasant stay.

Report Check-In

Nice and quiet place to stay in Cuenca. Water, electricity, good wifi, toilets and a hot and clean shower are available. If necessary you can also make use of the kitchen. The owner, Hunberto speaks good English and can give you a lot of information about the neighbourhood. We arrived here one day after we bought our van, Humberto was really friendly and willing to help, since he's both carpenter and construction worker! We could use all his tools, which made it very handy to arrange everything the way we wanted. He even drove us to some hardware stores to buy the materials we needed. It's pretty close to some big supermarkets, and next to a big grassy park for some morning walks. The city center is within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Report Check-In

We stayed here for almost two weeks due to a blockade across the enire country. We had a nice time parked between a sewer and a tap with fresh water.

Report Check-In

Nice place to stay in Cuenca. It's about 30 min walking to the centre while a taxi to the centre costs about $2. They have a grassy space where even big rigs can park. The owner is very nice (you can have long conversation in Spanish if you wish :-)). You can buy organic milk, yoghurt, cheese and eggs that they produce. The toilet and shower (with hit water) were very clean when we were there.

Report Check-In

Very nice Campground, quiet with friendly & helpful hosts, clean bathroom, good Wifi, walking distance to Historic Center of Cuenca and a good supermarket. Humberto can give you a lot of information about the Galapagos, he was a guide there.

Great place with incredible owners.

Report Check-In

Big grassy camping spot with a toilet and kitchen for Overlanders to use. Space to tent camp too. Chickens and dogs very noisey if not in a van! Humberto is very friendly and will offer all kinds of help, whether you need it or not, usually for a fee (whether you expect it or not). His brother owns the garage next door which is handy for proximity but... I'll review that separately...

Report Check-In

A large field protected by a gate and 3 large dogs. There’s hot showers, WiFi, and a kitchen all for 5$ pp. It was quite muddy so bring boots but we didn’t have any problems with or vehicle getting stuck.

Report Check-In

Fine location for a couple of nights. Didn't have grass issues as only a light rain fell. Electric, water and dump available. Nice and quiet as compared to being on a busy street. Market nearby. All of town available by taxi for less than $2. Nice to use their showers and hot water.

Report Check-In

We paid $15 per night for 2 adults and three kids (4/6/9) in our RV. Facilities are clean and ok. Grasfield is not levelled and can be annoying when it‘s muddy and wet (and it rains quite often in winter). Umberto and Maria are nice hosts, they are helpful with any kind of information. We‘d go there again.

Report Check-In

Endroit verdoyant sans ombre. 5$ pppn.

Report Check-In

As already said, 10usd for 2 and RV, only 1 shower hot and 1 banos, wifi average, 110 and 220v. friendly Humberto and Maria. grassy place to park BUT when it is wet carreful where you park as you could be stuck in mud...quiet at night. in the city so no other choice but it's ok.

Wonderful place and base from which to explore Cuenca. We came for 3 days and stayed for 12! Wifi (variable), elec (110 and 220), hot showers for $5ppn. Dump station. Humberto is keen to help and very friendly. Changed oil in our truck next door. Half hour walk to centro or use #12 bus. Some grassy areas very soft when wet.

WiFi bueno.

Report Check-In

Really lovely campo spot in the city. Big grassy area for rigs. Humberto drove us around to fix a broken rim due to a landslide on the way into town. We also got our brakes changed and suspension reviewed with his brother next door. Great little stop. They also offer breakfast, but we were already stocked up so didn't need anything. Showers were clean and hot. Try not to fall in love with Chulo.

Report Check-In

We actually didn't stay here, but used the Mechanic next door (who was amazing and will write a review for him), but the owner of the cabins came over to chat with us while our van was being fixed. He was a fascinating man and the property is beautiful! He offered for us to use his wifi and telephone if needed. he has got water and full kitchen. All for only $5. Plenty of space for big rigs, and a few adorable pooches. It's a little out of town, but a perfect place to get out of the hustle and bustle for a cheap price, and percent if you need some mechanic work done! He speaks English, german, Spanish, kichwa and I think some other languages. He even drove me to the bus station when I needed to get to the next town for an appointment. highly recommend.

Report Check-In

As said before: very nice place to stay in Cuenca. Maria asked me to give here the correct information about the price: it is 5 Dollars per person per night.
You can also have an organic breakfast for 5 Dollars or a 3 course menu for 8 Dollars.
Internet is good, kitchen and bathroom are very clean. Mauro, the mecanic next door, is very helpful to. Highly recommended place to stay

Good place to stay in Cuenca if you don’t want to pay for a hotel. Relatively close to downtown area or you can take a taxi for $2 dlls. Grassy area for camping, kitchen available, pet friendly, WiFi reaches campground. Downside, they close the gate until 10pm, before that time anyone can just walk into the property.

Humberto is a very nice person who is happy to help. Advised us for the visit of Cuenca and helped organised an oil change next door (brother, 75$ for oil change and filters and check out).
We managed to get in Humberto's place with our 10m rig and you have all services: electricity, water, wifi and flat grass ground. His wife can do the laundry for you but is expensive, 5$ per load but the number of loads is more than expected...
15$ per night for the rig for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children 13 and 10 yo). We recommend 100%.

Hot shower, clean bathroom, overall I found it very well. Good service and close to the historic center

Report Check-In

Humberto is friendly and very helpful. The location is a large grassy field surrounded by Humberto's house and that of his brothers and father. Safe secure location within the city and walking distance to the Town centre. If you order the day before, his neighbour will cook cuy for you.

Report Check-In

ok place for one night , was asked 10 $ for 1 p which is too expensive for what you get, the one bathroom is ok and the water really hot, it’s quite a walk through from where you camp, wifi is very good, there is no sink or kitchen for dishes, electrical outlet is only one , walking distance to town and good supermarket

Report Check-In

All as said before, very friendly, quiet for a city and walking distance to downtown. Good place to visit Cuenca. Toilet & Shower a bit away from grass parking but clean and hot water. Dish cleaning behind house. Don’t expect a camping, it’s a private lawn below a private house. Door not closed during night.

Report Check-In

We stayed here two nights. Humberto is very kind and helpful, he's travelled a lot and also loves Cuenca and the area. He has tons of good suggestions of places to go and things to see.

Bathroom is in it's own little room separate but attached to their house. It's very nice and spotlessly clean. Only issue is that it's a bit of a hike from the camping area.

We also did a little mechanic work and it was no issue at all.

All in all a very good option in Cuenca, just a bit out of the standard camping budged at $15. If the price was lowered to $10 I think he'd get a lot more, longer term campers.

Also, the internet worked great for us while we were there. No problem at all reaching the camping area and streaming Netflix.

Report Check-In

We wanted to stay a week and negotiated a rate with Umberto. Wifi reaches parking but craps out alot if too many on it. There us a dump station here too! Bathroom is very clean and water hot. Claro reception fair. Quiet at night. Not often you get such a good place IN a city. There is a "pit" for organic garbage, Umberto recycles so separate your glass, plastic, cans. BTW if heading for Peru and have Jerry cans, fill them in Cuenca. We had trouble doing just that near border.

Report Check-In

Humberto, the owner is very kind and helpful. Wifi really good. Bathroom is a bit inconvenient. All in all, not a bad choice while in Cuenca.

Report Check-In

The place and the hosts are nice. We spent two surprising quiet nights there. We used the shower and toilets behind their house. If there is nobody present, ring the bell at the entrance gate. We payed 15$ per night for 2 people. City center is in walking distance (20 min).

Report Check-In

Granted not most scenic site. But river outside gates is.
Pros:

2. Humberto extremely helpful
3. Maria excellent job on laundry
4. Shower is hot and clean and bathroom always had toilet paper
5. Dogs are generally quiet after 8 or so
6. Supermaxi 15 minute walk
7. $15 per night for two people and truck camper
8. Electric cords stretched to site

At Night, Gate is closed, so its verry safe place.
Shower and Toillets are in good shape. Hot Water with Gas heatet.

Report Check-In

We opted for a cabaña while our van was at the mechanic next door. It was 10$pppn, good value. Humberto is a great guy, has been living and working all over the world. He even drove us to the supermarket :)

Report Check-In

We stayed one night here and we did not like at all. To expensive for what they offer. We paid 15 dollars to stay in a wet grassy space, bathroom so far. We need to choose between stay all night wanting to go to the bathroom or dirtying all foot and have no place to clean prior to enter the tent. The owner was friendly but made a very bad comment about women who travel alone specially from Brazil and Argentina, saying that they consider them here in Cuenca as horns. I considered this so inappropriate. They say they have a kitchen but it is not accessible and for both kitchen and bathroom they demand us to take off our shoes to walk on that dirty ground.

Report Check-In

Sweet spot! Wanted $15/pp for camping ! We thought she meant $15 for the two of us...nope...Why ? Who knows.

Report Check-In

Large grassy field inside a family compound. The owner, Humberto, is very friendly, accommodating and chatty. His brother, next door is a retired mechanic who likes to help people out (but not on Sundays).

We paid $15 per night for the two of us, camping in our car. Wifi is not good (almost non-existent), but they have a warm shower and some covered spaces where you can cook or just get out of the rain.

There are several plugs for either 110V or 220V, but you may need an extension to reach them. Humberto has many cables and was happy to let us use one.

Report Check-In

Humberto and Maria are very welcoming owners.
We enjoyed our enlightening conversations with Humberto. He was helpful by speaking Spanish slowly for us.
Clean bathroom with great HOT shower behind the house.
30 minute walk to the historic part of town and less than $2 taxi ride.

Report Check-In

We have been here over one week. Humberto and Maria are great hosts! If you have a problem they will help you immediately!
The place itself is located in the city of Cuenca. In 20' you reach the old town by walk.
Concerning the previous post:
They offer several showers. If the cabana is not occupied you can use the shower there. Very hot and very clean! And if the cabana is occupied they offer their own showers in the house! Also these showers are very clean and hot! So I can't imagine why there should be a lack of showers although there are more than 4 RV's.
What we can recomend: The laundry service of Maria: during our whole trip we have never found a better laundry service!!!

Report Check-In

Grassy terrain. Slow, temperamental wifi. 110/220V. Helpful owners. Laundry service, but no provisions for dish or laundry washing. Expensive: USD 15 (2 adults, camper). Less dogs at a bigger distance combined with more showers/toilets at a smaller distance are desirable. We were with four overlander vehicles and one combined shower/toilet was really insufficient. Be also aware that the terrain is used as parking for a school bus that leaves at 5 am with noise and smoke.

Nice place but overpriced. Nice grassy field, friendly owners, clean facilities. But: No kitchen, bathroom is very far away, internet reception only at the cabana and with a limit of IP addresses at the same time, so you can only use it when no one else uses it.

Report Check-In

15USD, the dogs were quiet and the WiFi was good by the cabaña. Humberto and his wife were very friendly.

Report Check-In

Very nice, big grassy area. Could be muddy when it rains. And it rains always. 50 chicken and about 6 dogs, that are friendly.
Internet fast. Very friendly owners. A good place to visit the beautiful City. Hot showers, clean toilets.

Report Check-In

Price is now $15 per car. Place appears to be in a decline, but still gives good access to Cuenca. Internet is spotty, very spotty.

Report Check-In

We had a good shower. Good place. Grassy and not to even, but possible to find leveled spot.

Report Check-In

We paid $ 15.00 for 2 people in our Motorhome good location . Hot Sower and clean toilet in one of the unoccupied rooms overall a good experience

Report Check-In

We paid $20 for motorhome.
This place has a dump station - first one we've found in Ecuador!

Report Check-In

This place was great! We stayed there for a week, and paid 10USD/night (for two people) and could use the bathroom and hot shower. The owner is really helpful and nice, he helped us with some work on our truck, and gave us a few things without asking for any money, we are very surprised about the bad comments we read about him. It's a very good place if you have some repairs to do, the owner has a lot of material which you can easily borrow. He also has 220 (and 110, of course) volt electricity. The wifi was not great and it s a bit far from the city center, but it's really worth going there. Also, the dogs are really friendly :-) and we thought it was pretty quiet by night.

Report Check-In

Friendly owner! The best shower for a long time. 15$ per Night.

Report Check-In

Nice people, great breakfast, four dogs the only drawback.

Report Check-In

Very noisy at night with various roosters and dogs. $15 for the night for us and the car, nice hot showers and decent wifi up by the bathroom.

Report Check-In

12$ for parking.... Not used any facilitys. Internet Slow if it was there... Have a Look At Alternative possibilitys.

Report Check-In

we can't recommend this place: too far to expensive for what you get. umberto is not a really good host. only when he wants the money then he is very fast...

Report Check-In

It's a really nice place. It might be a bit overpriceced (15 USD for two persons), however the owners are very nice and helpful. And be in the green in the city is wonderful.

Report Check-In

We paid USD 15 for the car. The owner Humberto is a very interesting person. Good opportunity to share experiences and meet other overlanders.

Report Check-In

We rented a cabin here for several months for $300 /month. Umberto and Maria are very nice and helpful. I do NOT recommend using the mechanic next door (Truck n Car). We never found anywhere around town who would fill our US propane tanks, but Umberto has extra tanks for his cabins that he will let you transfer from.

Report Check-In

We don't know what happened to the roosters, but they weren't a problem anymore. This seems to be the only campground in Cuenca. Basically this is just a grassy lot but better than what we had expected reading the reviews. They charge $15 per car now which is too much. Still no toilets, only inside their house. Wifi was slow or non-existent. They have some nice cabanas that can be rented. A few travelers decided to spend a month and more here, and paid around $300/month, which seemed to be a better, cheaper option.

Report Check-In

Friendly owner, clean toilet and bathroom in the family's house. A little chaotic surrounding: mixture of farm, campground and scrap yard. Overpriced for what you get!

Report Check-In

Camped with motorbike. Cost $12 per night. As previously said by others, very overpriced for camping where the facilities are awkwardly in the private owners house. Owners are very friendly and internet is good though.

Report Check-In

If you're there on sat ask about the organic market.

Report Check-In

Great place! Quiet except for roosters. Room to make repairs, nearby mechanics too. Wiki good. Electric 110 and 220, but a little quirky. Shower hot, bathroom in house.

Report Check-In

Here are the pros and cons: Pros- close to town, power and good wifi from camp spot, very nice owner. Cons-roosters were very loud most of night, the only bathroom and shower was in the family's house (awkward) far from campsite, shower was cold, not worth the price. $15 a night.

Report Check-In

Nice place to stay on a grassy area. Owner friendly with a lot of tipps for trips to P.N. El Cajas.

Price:12 USD

Report Check-In

Good Uebernachtunsplatz on meadow, stream, water, dumping, WiFi, quiet but at 4.00 in the morning the cocks crowing. U $ 12./Night (if you stay longer) laundry just around the corner

Fairly close to the action, about 1/2 hour walk to the old town

Report Check-In

The camping area is a romantic mixture of a farm, a park and a dump with also cabanas on big grassy fields with trees. Beautiful bathrooms with hot showers in one of the cabanas (if they are not rented). Fresh and waste water. Free WIFI. Too expensive - a fair price for Camping would be US $ 10.

In 30 minutes you can walk to the historic center of Cuenca. The Lavandaria Arco Iris is a 600 meters walk from the campsite (S 79.02529 2.90359 W).

(Originally $ 15 / day, but after hearing 25 US $ / 2 days)

Report Check-In

US15 per night. Electricity 110v/220v + Water and fast internet. Parking on grass – be careful in wet weather. Humberto and his wife are very friendly and will help you if you need any repairs. Access to Toilet and hot showers in cabin or if full in their house. About a 20 minute walk from town.

Report Check-In

Camped on a grassy spot and could use the toilet inside the house next door. A shower would have been available in one of their cabins, but we did not use it. Good WIFI, power and water. A bit outside the city center, but it should take 25 minutes to walk in.

Price: 15 usd
