Very nice lady, tasty food (large dinner 4000, or about $10), big room with fan 8000, add 2000 for breakfast. Cold beer 600, about $1.50.

Very privat motorcycle parking spots. Bedroom and bathroom are big. We ordered the food for dinner and breakfast - 12.000dram per person.

Parking, Shower & Toilet 2000 pp; breakfast 2000 pp. Irina is a business woman, she will call the tour operator if you wanna book a tour. We did a city tour which was really disappointing cause there is nothing to see in the city (main place, shopping hall and a bridge...) the only worth thing was speaking to the Armenian girl/guide about Armenia. Price for tours is 3000-4000 per group. Super fast wifi even on the parking! Some places (terrace and indoor) to hang around.

Great location with a nice view over the valley. Two parking places available, one before the guesthouse (flat) another in front of the house, not very flat. The main road and rail road are located x meters below the B&B, therefore it can be somewhat noisy at night. Did not bother us to much (with earpluggs). Owner ‘Irina’ is welcoming I-Overlanders, mentioning that she regards them as very positive people in general.

Iris is professional friendly and helps to organize everything. We stayed in our Campervan and used only shower and toilets. To be honest I think the place has too good reviews. We expected a bit more. It is very pricy for what Iris offers (compared to similar places in Armenia) and there is nothing special about it. We stayed for two nights and did the tour (highly recommend).

Really nice place to stay. Irina is very friendly. You can stay in the front of the guesthouse and use the toilet and shower. We paid 2000 dram per person. Diner is 4000 dram per person and a nice way to meet other travellers. We could also fill up our water tank and did some laudry (2000 dram).

Guided tours are not for free anymore but still recommended and only for a small price.

Parked for free at Iris' property and had a great dinner there (16 euros for 2 no alcohol). Expect for a room 25 to 30 euros. They let us use toilets but hot shower was an extra fee. Lovely couple very helpful. Note november gets below freezing at night !

We spend two nights here in this wonderful B&B. We planning to camp but when we saw the rooms, we decided to take a room. Very very friendly owners. Irina is very helpfull to enjoy your stay and organise a free tour. She's also offering dinner wich is realy good and great fun together with other guest! We highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay! You can either camp or sleep in one of the rooms. Iris and her husband speak very good English and they offer free guided tours with local people who want to improve their English. The food is awesome if you decide to eat dinner or breakfast with them. Its like a home away from home :)
