As described. 20 for a single with shared bathroom. Basic kitchen, electric shower head. I got my bike in the room with me. The attendant often leaves so it is possible to get there and be no one to get you a room or anything. Wi-Fi passable.

Cheapest hostel in town. 15 Bs. WiFi intermittent and slow. Shower hot ;-)
Basic kitchen facilities. No off-street parking for vehicles. Bicycles inside.
