A labyrinth of rooms and terraces on a slope with great view on the hills and valleys. I stayed in single room with terrace and shared bathroom for 300 pesos per night. Rooms with own bathroom available. The water pressure is a little weak and toilets without seat but clean. The mattresses are firm. Restaurant offers regional Mexican food for normal price. Small shop for food.
Report Check-Ingreat hostel with a private room for a hundred and fifty pesos. hot water and a great view of the mountains. You can buy shrooms here for 500 pesos and there is parking at the bottom of the hill. enjoy the time hanging out in the hammocks just relaxing with a 180 peso bottle of mescal I got in the market down in the town
Report Check-InBeckpacker Hippie mashroom place. no hot water, no internet. rooms super basic. people come there either to buy stuff and leave or take it there and then leave... BUT the view is just breathtaking, unbelievable. (even if you don't take the shrooms). it would only take a bit of effort to make this place great... but....
Report Check-InBackpackers place, mostly there for the famous mushrooms but even if you're not into it, it has the most beautiful sunset and view in general. They serve great hot chocolate and also very cheap mezcal (10p!). We parked our small SUV about 50 meters from the place, on the street for 3 days, absolutely no problems. Street parking for big rigs doesn't seem possible. There is also a nice and easy hike up to the forest right near the hostel.
