Just update: water taxi is now 1$ per adult 0,5$ for kids. You need to have a mandatory guide. 10$ adult/5$ kids

Now you need a guide to go there 10pp,not worth it if you are tight on budget.

Very nice walk and nice place to refresh during a hot day. Snorkeling is nice but isn't really amazing. Almost only Parrot fishes to see here. Be careful if you are allergic to wasps, there was a lot there, and got stung.

really nice place for snorkling, cristal clear water and pretty deep. get there before 2pm, afterwards it gets very crowded and they only let a limited number of people swim at the same time, you might have to wait.

A really nice walk to see the landscape and go snorkeling for free.
The visibility in grieras is very good but only a few but big fishes there.
you can climb over the first stonewall and than you can reach the end of the canyon by swimming. Here it's much more nicer than at the beginning.

A free snorkelling site. Take a water taxi to the hotel finch dock ($.80c) and walk along the path to the end. It can get busy, but the water is crystal clear.

We also went for a snorkel off the beach you pass by on the way to the Grietas and spotted baby sharks and big schools of fish. It's a lovely calm, shallow beach suitable for everyone.
