incredible spot. when you arrive you have 3 space for cars in you right close to the road but absolutely beautiful where you can swim. In front of this you have also close to the road a kind of parking space for RV and a small creek just below good for a car /tent with fire spot.
Report Check-InThe setting for this site is absolutely gorgeous. Camp fire right on the side of the lake. BUT, it is way too close to the road, and is a high traffic area. Thought it would calm down at night, but it didn't. And that was in a Wednesday. Nevermind the generators running all night just up the road. Beautiful spot, ruined by humans.
Report Check-InStopped by as a potential overnight spot but home to 'residents'. One RV was blocking the road that leads to other spots and lined the entrance with rocks to prevent others from enjoying them. Bad vibes.

Beautiful spot on what seems to be a
an 'island' (fully assessable by motorbike with tent camping) overlooking lake, otherwise you can pull into flat parking area. Dusty but traffic stops later on. No facilities, free. Another spot is located just upstream 100m or so beside a small waterfall although the light doesn't hit this place in the morning so its still cold at mid morning when I checked on it.
Better place, we'd tried the other overland spot near by and it was like the town dump. This place had lots of logging trucks starting at about 6AM which causes a lot of road dust. Quiet at night, lots of tiny trout to catch in stream/lake.
