Nice place up in the mountains but prices went up a lot. We paid 12000 peso pp (€11). Still have to buy your ticket with the touristinformation at the plaza in Fiambala, and you will have to choose a timeslot, we did 15.00-20.00. We only stayed from 16.00-17.30 which was more than enough. Good road, easy parking also with a big rig.

Recommended by a friend. Well worth a visit despite the restrictions and shortcomings. 3000pesos for foreigners is expensive but worth it. There's camping, which is closed. There's a restaurant, which also appears to be closed. I came on a Friday and asked if it was busy. Tourist Information know how many tickets are sold so they said 65 (not busy). You have a choice of three time slots. I would have liked 6 until 10 but they only had 3 until 8 or 8.30 until midnight. There are lots of pools of about 4 metres across cascading down a narrow valley. It starts at 45C dropping 1C each pool until it gets to the low 30s. The water is clear and fresh without the volcanic minerals common in thermal springs. the pools are well built in rustic stone and in natural shapes with gravel floors. Most of the people were in the 37C to 40C pools, 15 to 20 in the most crowded. Most others had 2 or 3 people and occasionally empty. Bring your own food and drinks, there are poolside tables and chairs to relax and enjoy your time. There's also a Mirador you can walk to on a sendero leading from the lower pools and the trail extends along the mountain to more but only accessible in daylight. It's a well designed place that could benefit from better management and somewhere to buy refreshments.
Very popular place. I guess the ticketing structure is to manage overcrowding which could easily get out of hand.

You can't camp direct at the parking lot. Their is an control gate 1,5 km bevor the parking lot. It is possible to stay there for the night by asking the guy at the gate bevor. He live their. You can visit the Termas in three periods per day and has to buy the tickets before in Fiambala pueblo in the tourist center. It is not possible at the control gate!!! Or take a look at the internet side of the Termas Fiambala.

it's now 3000Peso pp for non nationals (7.50 US$). Since camping is not allowed anymore it should be changed to tourist attraction.

For foreigners the entrance fee is now 3000 pesos.

Thermas entrance has to be bought at the tourist information center in the city center. We paid $450 pesos each to stay from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, but on the day we went there was no one controlling the hours. Thermas are simple and small, but with a good structure. We miss a pool with cold water. There is a campground and we imagine that during the night it must be very interesting (it is open until 23:30)

I have to agree with the previous commentator. It’s a zoo. Found a bit of quiet in the top pools at opening, but not worth going out of your way to visit here. If you’re already in Fiambala and like the hot pools then early in the morning is worth it. Left at 9:30 and the bottom pools were mobbed.

very nice place to visit even for such a high price. we paid $450 pp for entrance fee (until 10pm) and they wanted $950 for camping with a camper van. i negotiated to pay as if we were sleeping in a tent, and still $350 pp ($700).
the camping we just passed by and is not for campervan. tents better. so we decided to stay on the 3rd parking lot under the termas. amazing view of the valley and beautiful sunset.
and we even could go dip in the hot baths at night.
extremely expensive for foreigners, total of $1600 for 2 persons in a pop up camper + 2 kids free for termas and parking spot for camping.
kids under 6yo dont pay.
but it is still worth it.

Now 450$ for foreigners & 950$ for camping. Ineluctable raising of the prices...
Otherwise nice termas in a rocky mountain landscape. 14 cascaded pools from 44-45 (i guess) to 31 degrees. the last ones seem less clean than the warmer ones.

They raised the prices AGAIN for extranjeros- 450! And now 950 if you want to camp with your casa rodante! Okay, that being said, the hot springs here are some of the coolest we have ever been to. They incorporated boulders and vegetation into each pool design, and you can get a shoulder massage from the waterfalls in the lower pools. Super chill and relaxing. You can even bring your own food/beverages up to the picnic tables- it's a really nice place. We didn't camp because of the price, but the guard told us we could even park just outside the gates at the guard station if we wanted. There are plenty of pull-offs on the road up here though and it's very quiet at night. That being said, the lower parking lots have a bathroom with shower and outside sink so it might be a nice place to overnight.

They raised the prices for foreigners to 300p (people from Chile just pay 200p). And instead 500p for motorhome they wanted 700p now. I don't like that praxis. We did not go in.

Very nice Thermas 200$ per adult under 6 free
Open between 7h and 22h00 (entrace) termas close at midnight
Arrived at 8pm posibility to sleep on parking 500$ for a motorhome

Report Check-In

We stayed overnight at the 2nd parking lot, which has toilet, shower, electricity. Paid 500 for camping & 200pp for the termas. They register your licence plate at the gate a few km's down, so probably the 500 can't be avoided by not camping at the official camping. Nice and quite spot half under a tree. Nice sunset. Much longer sun then at the camping.

Report Check-In

The entry was 200 pp until midnight. Camping was 500 for camping car but you could also go in the terms next day. Small camping in the domain is 800 m ahead the terms and it' s a steep climb. However you can stay with your camper van at the parking area at the terms. There are toilets, showers and even a few electricity sockets.
