Ecuador
this is the access road to Graham (Australian) and Amalia's (Colombian) house, where they welcome overlanders and give them full use of an apartment with double room, bathroom and kitchen - for free. They have a lovely view out over Ibarra and are extremely welcoming! it was a great stop for us and our kids who enjoyed playing with their 4-yr old daughter. other details: WiFi, laundry, 100v, 200v, hot showers, water all available for free.
I added this IO entry on the access road as otherwise his campsite is hidden by an icon for a mechanic (which is in the wrong location anyway). just keep heading up this road and his brick coloured house is at the top on the right (check other IO entry for exact coordinates).
