Description

Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Antigua. Private parking in courtyard big enough 2 large SUV's with roof boxes (entrance is just over 3 meters tall). Nice courtyard garden seating area to relax. Rooms are spotless and well decorated. Queen bed with Private baths with hot water. Feels more like a boutique hotel - all the fresh flowers made the place smell like my grandma's house - in a good way :) just 5 minutes walk from the historical center but on a back street so no traffic noise. Free real coffee all day - cheap breakfasts for 25Q (Vs 40+ in town at most restaurants). Can't say enough good things. Loved the place, couldn't get my wife to leave! We paid 160Q per night for 2 people including free parking. I think they were running a deal since it's a new property - my guess is it will be 225 or so once you read this post and the place gets more online reviews but still worth it! Check on booking.com for specials or call Ahead and ask. Hector was the manager on duty for us.

They also allow camping in their parking area. Super friendly staff and located right in center. We stayed 1 week while taking Spanish lessons. The hotel also has a kitchen but be aware the entrance into the property is a bit tight.

Stayed here 4 nights in June with our van/ roofboxes the parking was a big draw card. Room was very lovely, clean, well decorated and quiet. Shower was warm (ish). Hector (owner) was organised a Pacaya volcano hike for us (cheaper than the tourist outlets in town) and the room we got for $150q. Breaky was also fantastic for the price. It was a nice relaxing stop to have a break from the road for a while, easy to walk anywhere in antigua from this location.
