This bridge is only available if your car is below 4,5 tons. Rigs heavier than 4,5 tons can cross using the ferry next to the bridge or you will have to drive north to Wolgograd and cross there. There's a signal that says 80t at the entrance to the ferry area. I imagine is the max load of the ferry.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
as an 8 ton truck camper we went on the ferry. It cost 1200 rub
Report Check-InBridge is open and we paid 170 roubles for our Defender110. No queue. Less than 3 minutes to cross the floating bridge
Report Check-InThe bridge was closed, and a big line of cars and trucks was waiting for the ferry crossing. The ferry is not big so only a few cars can go each time. We saw big TIR trucks and buses crossing with the ferry. It cost us about 30O rubles for our 6m van. You pay in cash during the crossing. Be careful, since the guy didn't give us the right change and they charged 700 rubles instead. I recommend bringing the right amount.
Report Check-InThe pontoon-like bridge is opened during winter, but the ferry operates. For bicycles the ferry is free of charge.
Report Check-InThe only option at the moment is to take the ferry. The bridge is still there, but they opened it. I guess the opened it for moving ice, but not sure. Hopefully someone can tell later this year if it is open again
Report Check-Inwe passed this bridge with 4T5 truck. cost 420rb. if your truck is bigger there is a ferry, so you can pass here with big rig.
Report Check-InWe had to pay 240 rubla to cross this bridge with our Mercedes-Benz 210 D. Not possible for cars above 4 tonnes.
Report Check-InThe bridge is a swimming ponton bridge, quite fun to cross. We paid between 100 and 200 Rubel for Fiat Ducato Campervan.
Report Check-InYes the ferry is interesting 😜. A bit expensive (1000 Rbl for a 12 T truck) and we had to wait 50 minutes but it is worth the d’aventure 🤣. Now we have done it, next time we’ll take the bridge which is 30 kms north.
Report Check-InDrive to direction north, there is a big bridge toll-free, witch is also used by all other commercial trucks. The ferry wasn't working when we was there. They renew the boats and the ferry-ponton.
Report Check-InIt is true that they do not allow „big“ cars on the Ponton Bridge. There have been Trucks with more or the same freight then we have (8,5t) but were smaller and were allowed to drive over the pontons. For big Cars there is a very funny Ferry. We were on the Ferry with a 40 t and 12 t Truck. The technique of the Ferry is interessting and very funny, a Little Adventure ;-)
Report Check-InThis is a toll bridge, unlike us save some ruble to pay for it.
We paid 135 R for our minivan.
This bridge is just available if your car is below 4 tons. Rigs heavier than 4 tons have to go via Wolgograd to Kasachstan.
