Description
Hotel getting very tired and they're not spending any money on renovation, that's for sure. Fan rooms for GNF250k and Aircon GNF350k. Private bathrooms. Safe place for bikes and cars. NGO staff staying there too, but that isn't an indication it's a decent hotel.

Make sure you ask for a payment receipt. I was supposed to be two nights for the time going to Conackry and I payed two nights on arrival. After that I was so tired that I decided to extend one more night. By the time of paying the night left he said I hadn't payed anything. I asked to the person who I payed to and with out any eye contact and acting very weird he sims to black out and forget everything. after some time of arguing they finally accepted the payment it was left. It was a bit of an stressful and unnecessary situation. The actual price is 150 GNF for a room with fan, hot water and mosquito net.

It's a decent place, they have Western style toilet and English is spoken at the reception.

Checked in here today, it's run down and ill kept, but has hot water showers at least. There are rooms with fan GNF200k and Aircon GNF300k. Didn't look at the Aircon rooms, but the fan room is very basic, but relatively clean. They provide a towel, but nothing else. Western toilet, no seat or flush, but a big bucket of water.
Report Check-InVery Easy to find It, secure parking inside also for big motorcaravan. They increase price: 200.000 fca for normale double room and 300.000 fca with AC. Shower was hot.
Report Check-InDan rooms now asking 200k but with negotiation reduced to 150k. Nice enough for a night. Safe parking for motorcycles and vehicles as mentioned previously. Try not to get the room's that back onto the main road. Noisy.
Report Check-InAC and Fan rooms, fixed prices. Running water and stable electricity (stayed only one night). Price value good enough, 1 minute walk from transport terminal, restaurant opposite, shops very close.
Report Check-InAc rooms are now 300.000 francs, non negotiable. Rooms with fan remain at 150.000. Electricity on and off all day but the room was reasonably cool. No breakfast, no restaurant. Good location.
Report Check-Inseems like a pleasant African hotel. Good for one night. I'm on the top flpor and the water barely runs in the shower but it's ok. GPS directs one to the top road and not the entrance which is on a parallel road one block down. Ask for Hotel Africa Mamou and locals will direct you.
Report Check-InActually really nice place for that price. 150k GF for two persons in one room, didn't try to bargain. Room was clean and bedsheets were fresh. Brought our own blankets.

Nice hotel, AC rooms for 200,000 GNF and fan for 150,000 though we bargained down to 100,000 for a room with a fan for one night. Private bathrooms. Safe place for bikes and cars.
