You can park in front. Very friendly lady. The insurance is for every part of Peru. It costed us 42 sols for 2 months. We have a Land Rover defender.

We tried to get our SOAT here on a Sunday, no answer at the door and no one answered the phone when we called. We also talked to a very friendly police officer at the check point and he said that this office only offers regional insurance, not for the whole of Peru. He suggested we stop for the night and go to the Puno office early Monday morning.

Here we met the most friendly woman we never met!
In 10 min time we had our insurance for our motorhome for 82.5 soles .
She gave us many advises To visit the machu picchu.
Very efficient !
