Great spot just right by the road ! Small nap in the middle of the road trip , picnic. The sound of the trucks passing in the road few meter around is really Loud but the spot is nice !

The original property has been divided now in two. One part is closer to the road, its owner lets you stay on his ground which has no services and is just a gravel/ dirt place, price to be negotiated. We did not stay here as it is quite unattractive.
The second part of the property is close to the beach, the new owner is working on a building and it is not an option for camping there anymore.
Locals said that staying overnight on the small access road or on the beach is not safe.

Basic but clean and secure. Nice location right on the beach. I think it's a better and safer option than camping by the road with all the truck noise.

This place is closed and on sale. A man looking after the place let us in for 7k CRC a night. However the bathrooms are damaged,... do jot countbwith this location until there us a new owner.

Maintained and secure parking/camping spaces with clean washrooms and showers.

Excellent surfing location

Very lovely people. I arrived Sunday night at 8 o’clock. The son speaks great English. They offered me to spend the night in the parking for free. A room cost 30$ USD. Perfect spot for the night with a pit bull watching and a security guard. Pura Vida!

Nice spot on the beach but they raised their prices to 7000col per night for camping (2 bicycles + tent)
Beside that they were not happy to give us the WiFi password. After some discussion they entered the code in our phone.
The place is a little rundown but ok.

Nice place almost on the beach. We've paid 7000 Colons for 24h with a campervan. Cold showers outside are really good after a hot day ! It's not the most romantic place, thus it's alright for a night.

a lot of parking lots, 1500 per day/per car and 5000 per night/per car. good spot for surfing, on Saturday morning a lot of surfers came very early. It’s a quiet and safe place. the water is not very clean, so not so nice for swimming. Every parking lot has a roof so you won’t get that wet if it’s raining. We had a peaceful night. Basic bathroom, running water, nice guy running the place.

Javier is nice.
The surfers came at 5am. No kitchen. No electrify just general. 5000 col per night.

Muy buen lugar con baño, ducha y seguridad. Javier muy amable. 5000 colones para quedarse con carro y carpa. No hay wifi. Los surfers llegan a las 5 am para nadar al lugar.

Safe parking in front of the world class wave. you can spend the night for 5000 o park for the day for 1500. they have cabanas to rent too.
