nice clear river, good to fish. A LOT of mosquitoes.

Besides it being an ugly, boring river, the place was creepy. Not sure if it’s because I was by myself and pulled in late or what. A truck pulled right up to us then turned around. The river is just gross. Not many spots in this National Forest are nice. I would head to the UP and hit Ottawa. Much nicer spots

we stopped by here and it was lovely. but there was a drunk guy who kind of freaked us out who said he lived one minute away, so we left because we didn't feel safe because this site was so remote and we didn't want to deal with him a second time.

nice private spots on either side of the bridge. only saw one other vehicle and it was the county sheriff passing through without stopping.
mosquitoes were rough but the water was high creating some swampy spots along the riverbank.

Nice little spot that had a good gravel road all the way from the main Cty Hwy. There is another site just like it on the opposite side of the bridge. Both have stone fire rings. Mosquitoes are bad but there have been recent rains. Beautiful forest and birdsong.

Awesome site 2 maybe 3 spots next to river and road could be good fishing and canoeing or Kayak relax and in joy

Small site, by river. Good fishing! Private and very forested
