Small hotel in Barranco, family-run. We had a double with shared bathroom for S50 pn. Beds are very comfortable, wifi is good, shower is reliably hot. They have a good kitchen and breakfast buffet is included (rolls, omelet, jam, ham, juice, coffee, tea).
They have street parking but we preferred storing the car in a parking lot. We were accompanied to several options, very helpful. They also have rechargeable cards for the bus into the city, which you may use and put back. On our first day we were accompanied to the bus stop to make sure we were able to find it and take the right bus to Miraflores. Barranco is a bit out of the way of the other areas but as there are plenty of cheap public transportation options, and taxis from Miraflores cost around S10, we didn't mind at all. There are also plenty of good restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. Overall I would recommend this place is good if you're staying in Barranco.

we had a room in the other house in a different street. Dirty shower, very loud street for 60sol. The trash truck came at 11pm. We parked in the street, there was some security guy who wanted 5sol for watching. Would not stay again but I guess the other house would have been nicer. Usually they would charge 70 sol per night and shared bathroom. Breakfast included.
