Hotel with good value for money. The manager is annoying. We paid 200 SUM for two (breakfast included). Single bedroom. WC and shower outside. Very good shower. The catering is also correct.

Very good hotel, we paid 200 somoni for 2 people in a room with 2 beds breakfast included. it is possible to have lunch and dinner there with a supplement. The staff are very helpful. They have clothes washing machines for 20 somoni. I recommend.

If you are envisioning a proper hotel with a sophisticated English- and German-speaking proprietor... best to temper your expectations. It's pretty run-down, and the only guy working there didn't speak any English. the person mentioned in previous reviews, Tair, is now in Kyrgyzstan (permanently or temporarily, I'm not sure). a room with en suite bathroom is 400 som, and I was shown two other rooms without bathrooms for 350 and 150. I'm not sure what the difference between them was. there is no wifi. I think this hotel is very overpriced, especially when there are delightful homestays in town for 50 som.

Great place. Well organised. Tasty food. Attentive staff. On the way we had breakfast and shower here (2 pax 85 somoni). Came back after the lovely drive into Murghab river vallet. Room with shared bathroom and breakfast 30 $US, dinner 5 $. Expensive place, but nice place to meet others.
Second night room with bathroom 40 $.

We arrived quite late. Tair, the manager who speaks English and German, was really nice and kind. He let us use the Wifi of the hotel and offered dinner to us.
For very little money we got two soups and bread and tea.
So we stayed here for the night sleeping in our campervan in the back of the hotel. There it is less windy and we could open our rooftent.
For using the toilets and the hot shower he asked for 20 somoni/person. Perfect deal and a safe place.

As we had some problems with our camper he brought us to his workshop and translated for us. Very very nice!

Pamir hotel was closed early October. Probably won’t open until next season. We did meet the manager at the bazaar and he was extremely helpful, spoke good English.

I would not recommend this place for camping, for sleeping in a room it is ok I think. We slept in our rooftoptent, but the smell of burning (garbage?) is awful. Dogs kept us awake all night. Also early in the morning the staff start working there so you will wake up. You can only take a shower in the evening when the generator is on, but no-one told us. The girl at the reception is not helpfull at all. First they asked us $5 for only camping and no breakfast, but we asked and then it was $2 for shower and $3 for breakfast. I put a photo with the prices of the rooms. The manager is very helpfull and nice. He told us that next year they have electricity all day long :).

Stayed here in our Landcruiser on the parking lot on the back of the hotel for free. We were able to use all facilities, hot shower costs 2$, breakfast 1$. Also had a nice dinner here.

Most frequented place in Murgab. Camping 5$ pp with shower, toilet and breakfast. Good dinner for little money - all meat is yak meat. The girl (Aiperi) will help you with really everything you need. Electric only when generator is running (in the evening until 11). No wifi in all murgab but if you have Tadchik megacom you can have 3G (ok... less) there.

great hotel, with lovely food, not too expensive . the manager will help you with what ever you need. took us around town to try fix my motorcycle, unfortunately this was not possible then organized to have my bike placed in a truck all the way to osh
(at a cost).

It's probably the best place to stay in Murghab, but that's mostly because there isn't that much else. 10 USD for a bunk bed including breakfast. 5 USD for dinner (soup, salad and your choice of plov, chicken or dumplings). They also have a small store in the hotel and a larger one out front. Parking around back. No wifi and electricity only when the generator is running. If you ask at the reception you can also buy diesel (supposedly from Gazprom) for 7.5 TJS per liter.

stand on parking for free , no costs. We eat for 4 dollar compeet meal with soup.
