Lovely new hotel. Clean shared ablutions. Friendly staff. And aircon in all rooms!! We slept inside for 350 sudanese pounds for a double room.

went there on account of good i overlander reviews but nothing writen is true anymore. terrible service, dirty, no internet, the hall was smoked with their incense so much we could hardly see. So much mosquitoes in the bathroom that we prefered to use the shared one.
in the morning when we were leaving noone was at the reception and there was a used needle with blood mixture on the table. Terrible and i prefer not to think about the place. Find something else.
Asked to stay for the night but fully booked. Prices went up but so did the exchange rate. Double room: 2000 SD£ (1$=200 SD£ / 1 EG£=16 SD£)

Report Check-InWe slept outside in the rooftent on the parking, and were allowed to use the bathrooms for free.
A local tourist guide, at the time guiding a Brit, said it is very safe from here to Khartoum to camp. Hotel manager confirmed this.
Clean room, clean shower (cold water only) and toilets.
paid 350SDG/single/night (+-7USD), with communal bathroom and shower.
Basic but clean, shower was cold. Price went up again: 400. Tried 350 but they wouldn’t budge. By accident we left the light on in the bathroom when we went to eat something in town resulting in a million mosquitos, so be aware to put out the lights / close the van when you have lights on.

The price has increased to 350 for a room for two. But still not bad.
Only complaint is that they smoke inside the main area.

Report Check-InNice new hotel. Rooms are simple but clean. We paid 300 for a twin room with an ensuite. Staff are friendly and keen to help. Parking area at the front of the hotel. No internet when we were here.
