Description

Five star hotel with RV park in the parking lot. One of the best places for a stopover in Mexico. High-speed reliable internet, extra clean and well-stocked bathrooms (even soap is supplied). The bathrooms close at 8 PM and open at 8 AM. (Not sure.) Very friendly staff.

Latest Check-Ins

Zacatecas is a terrific city but to stay in their RV lot you must brace yourself for a noisy night. We had no trouble backing our 38 ft 5th wheel into our site and we had other big rigs in our group, such as a 40 ft class A. Our power and water hookups worked well and some in our group enjoyed using the pool. Facial was not recommended (per a member of our caravan).
Dinner in the restaurant took several hours, with plates of food bring brought out every 20-30 minutes or so. Some of the orders weren't correct but our waiter was clearly doing his best and in over his head.

As described before...Hotel is situated between different lanes, that lead out of town. So be prepared for a noisy night. But facilities are really nice and clean and you can use all other options like gym and pool etc. Good WiFi. Paied 500 Pesos per night for two persons and van.

This is a hotel and an “RV parking” lot. We came for the lot, but ended up staying 2 nights in the hotel. They let us plug in the van to recharge though. The rooms are nice, comfy beds, buffet breakfast and they serve food all day, pool, gym, and we got massages (800 pesos 50min). The room was 1300pesos and more than sufficient. Very nice staff. Went on a tour of the mine, and city…400pesos but slow. We would have rathered exploring ourselves. Nice views from the tram, but you can see the city in one day. There is A LOT of traffic noise here at the hotel, and with all the engine braking of the big rigs, I think camping in the parking lot would have been really hard. But, they do let you use the bathrooms, showers, pool, gym, etc for 550 pesos per night. And it is very safe, with cameras, and it is all gated.

It‘s incredible. Why the governement does not give care for the tourists!
We arrived here in the evening and we will leave in the morning without visiting the city
The Hotel is nice, But Not a place to stay. Carpark -and noisy. You Can stay also on an airport
I know Zacatecas and it‘s readly worth to enjoy the mine and the cable car. But Go to angotel and do Not use the Trailer park

Report Check-In

They upped price to 450 a night which is just too much for an out of town parking spot. The amenities are fine and clean, but the place is only worth it for a one night stop. Otherwise why be in a place off the hwy without access to the sites?

Report Check-In

Today we visited the other Baruk hotel ie at the cable car. We would not have been able to get our rig in there (40 ft) but it is far superior to the Baruk Hacienda which is noisy as..... Even with earplugs and lots of red wine, its too noisy to sleep much. Zacatecas is a great city and easy to see in a day.

Report Check-In

Baruk owns two hotels in town and both allow camping. we stayed at the Hacienda because we have a 40 ft rig and were concerned about getting into the other the other one. As many have pointed out, this is right on the heavy vehicle freeway, so perfect access for us! Shame there is only a wall between us and an overpass; ( 450 per night. Early days but so far everyone has been really friendly.

It s a parking between highway and train
Really noisy
They asked 450 pesos for a night...
Ok full hookups..
We arrived late so no choice we paid and stayed
Shower was not hot and flush toilets doesn’t work..
I really don’t like this place

Report Check-In

Very well located to visit the town. Only 4 or 5 places, for small or mid range RV. Electricity is accessible in only one place, you will need a long cable. Restroom and shower OK.

A SHAME !

I really can't believe travelers says "very friendly staff... etc"

The place is situated between a very very very VERY busy highway and a very busy (too) railway.
The last night we even had helicopters...
IT IS NOISY !!!!!

You can hook up water and electricity.
The pool is sooooo cold and the spa doesn't work...

And... THE STAFF IS AWFUL. Their is just one amazing person which make this place nice : Alex, the handyman, who's often at the parking. He also is the only one who speaks English (and SMILE !)

We had a very bad experience there and it's the last time we come here.

If you are looking for a place to stay overnight safe just before crossing the US border, go a little bit more north at saltillo, at LA FUENTE HOTEL. People are really really really nice ! (And it's cheaper and calm and you have place).

The only good thing here is we met really nice travelers and we really appreciated this, but not because of the place AT ALL !

350 pesos / night

$350MXN/night. Big rig friendly. Hookups at sites. In a secure parking lot right off of the highway. Friendly staff and a good restaurant on site. Showers warm and the washrooms only open from 8AM-8PM. WIFI didn't work.

Great place on car park in front of 5-star hotel with all and excellent facilities, including use of swimming pool and small lounge. A bit out of town and noisy as close to motorway and railway. Very clean an friendly staff. Washed our car. Paid $350 per night.

Report Check-In

It's parking, in a car park, between the hotel and the main road. And the commercial train line is right behind the hotel. Lord knows who thinks this is 5 star, but there are so many more beautiful places in Mexico. Staff are extremely helpful. Bathrooms very clean, though no hot water. 350 pesos per night, we didn't think it was good value.

Actual coordinates are 22.7735500°, -102.6193833°. Didn't bother staying here as it is indeed in a carpark ... and right next to a busy highway.
