Description

It is a condo style park where all the permanent people own their own lot. They usually have 4 or 5 spots available for overnighters. Easy on and off access to the toll highway

I think is the best RV park in all Mazatlán. All the services you need, beachfront, pool, restaurants outside... excellent.
They charge us 550 for a night.
it's full of snowbirds staying for long periods, but there's always a way to get in.

Report Check-In

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Paid $550 pesos a night, to literally be parked in the middle of the road with no hook ups but an extension cord to a 15 amp receptacle. Tried to ask if they could at least lower the price a bit, since we basically didn’t actually get a spot, but nope, they weren’t having it.
People staying there are rude, and entitled. Had a lady yell at us at 7 am as we were letting our dogs right outside our motor home to pee. Sorry we were parked on the street????
Over priced, no hot shower, entitled people, and there’s not actually a “beach access” you have to bush whack down the embankment, and it’s like a bit of sand then all rocks.
If you like fancy, entitled, and over priced than maybe it might be your thing.
There’s a much better RV park 1-2 kms away, with super lovely and relaxed people! And a much much bigger lot with a 5 min walk to an ACTUAL beach lol.

North end of Mazatlan. water sewer electricity. 500p a night. probably temporary allowing overnights.

Report Check-In

Exactly as others have described. After boondocking in Baja for a month, this place was a very pleasant break! All services available including laundry, flush toilets, and hot showers. We paid 500MX per night for a full hookup site

Strange place. In Germany you would say: "schrebergarten" feeling. gated longtime camper community. with permanently installed trailers and palapas...

we paid 400 pesos for a night with palapas, WiFi and pool included.

small beach (take care of the stones!) busy on weekends.

Report Check-In

It is a pretty condo style trailer park, but there is a nice spot with great view available for overlanders at 300$ a night. It is not full hookup but electricity is available at this specific site. Also, a dump station, water, flush toilets and warm showers are available. There is also a laundry room, but the dryer didn’t work well (we wasted 75$ for damp clothes). Internet is not working well from the spot we were but works in the office/library (not good enough for a video call). Nice pool area by the ocean, but the water cold. No direct access on the beach, but it’s close enough.

Stayed one night. Super friendly helpful staff. They wanted to park us next to the garage doors of the apartments but we were melting inside our van and asked if we could park near the water for a bit of a breeze. I think they knew we were going to leave if we couldn’t so “they” parked us in front of a very large motorhome, and when the owner returned he wasn’t impressed that we were blocking the “view he paid for.” It’s the cheapest place we found in the mazatlan area at 250 peso with clean bathrooms and showers and a nice pool. This place is definitely set up for longterm campers.

Exactly as previous post! Originally wanted 250, but we settled for 200 per night. Stayed here 5 nights. Felt safe, staff is friendly. I had to some work to do on my car and the staff was ok with it. The night time security guard, javier, was very helpful and friendly as well.

Met up with overlander friend here that was allowed an exception to the “no tent camping here external policy” since it seems to be primarily an RV/mobile home community for many friendly gringos. Only Few spots to vehicle camp. Stayed 5days near the pool grass area with 3min walk to the beach and next to an oxxo. Laundry room/showers/clean bathrooms and good wifi near the office. They didn’t seem to have a problem with us working mechanically on our trucks there, but we did make the effort to maintain good friendly communication with staff daily. Felt super safe as its closed off entrance is guarded 24hrs a day

We are dry camping here for the first time, really nice location at north end of park near the pool. Hot showers, beautiful pool( not heated though) stunning sunset view. $250 pesos for 2 people in a campervan.

Report Check-In

Not closed. We walked in and asked. If they have space. Originally said no, but when we said we just need a place to park, he said no problems. it’s 200pesos/night and can use everything: palapas, bathrooms, etc...

It’s a beautiful place but we decided to look for a park for free.

We spent one night here on a saturday evening during the mexican holidays. This place is not closed, it's just that it has a few places for non-resident people.
We were charged 400 pesos for 2 people and a campervan.

I tented for two nights under the palapas just down from the pool. 150 pesos a night. Hot showers and wifi at office. They do not allow tenters anymore but Jesus is a motorcyclist and made an expection.

This campground is FULL of permanent RV's.
No room for ANY transients.

the right name is Punta Cerritos RV Park.
nice staff, good internet and all services.
I managed to deal in low season to 150pesos.

Report Check-In

Huge , well organized campground for long term campers. Decent pricing at $ 200 pesos/night. Lots of snowbirds. More like a retirement community.
