Something not right?

Description

One straight pull-in site with good early and late shade. Could accommodate a big rig if your back-up skills are good. The road to get here is 2-3 miles of easy dirt/gravel well graded road. Any vehicle can do it. Fire ring. Sleep to sound of the river, assuming it flows like this always, which it probably doesn't (I'm here in June).

As described. No verizon signal. Creek was flowing in August 2022. Please keep it clean! You wanna get drunk? Fine! Please pick up your bottle and cans the morning after. If a dog covers it’s waste, why wouldn’t you pick up your waste?!

This is at the end of a string of private properties, just after the sign "Utah wildlife management area". The waypoint is a little off. We were not sure if camping was allowed and left (for a site in the Manti National Forest).

Great little campsite, just as described. Stay the night listening to the creek.

Lots of firewood laying around, and that's a good thing because it's colder than snot.

Great spot! Actually a handful of spots in the area. I backed up to the river for the night and it was so great. I snagged the spot at the turn off right in front of the bridge.

I imagine some development has been done in the vicinity since it was originally posted here. The spot is only a 100m from the last house on the road but it was quiet on a Saturday night. ATVs started ripping down the road Sunday morning around 9am.

A little closer to a residential area than I would usually like but it felt secluded despite that.

Pretty accurate description. And there is some grass next to the one spot that you can park on if someone is already there. Not sure how allowed that is but I did it without any problems.

Nice little find out of the way and very quiet! As described small little spot for RV, we were lucky to have it to ourselves by the river but if already taken other spots are avail near road or next to!
Woke up to some magic views and went for a little walk to check out the stream in the AM! Overall beautiful little find and easy to get to!

Great spot to camp on the way to Escalante from Salt Lake. River was running in April. It’s a bit tight if you want to be right next to the river but lots of room in the pull off next to the road.

One straight pull-in site with good early and late shade. Could accommodate a big rig if your back-up skills are good. You can access the dirt road to site from the southwest or the northwest off Hwy 89 IMPORTANT: Southwest way is easier, any vehicle can do it. If you access from the northwest, road is doable but considerably rougher, high clearance 4WD recommended. Fire ring. Sleep to sound of the river, assuming it flows like this always, which it probably doesn't (I'm here in June).
