Our camper was too big for the museum parking lot, so they sent us here. Could park for free all day, hotel and pool look very nice and clean, didn’t use any amenities though, left late afternoon after completing the archeological round trip. Lady at the reception very nice and friendly.

They had a loud pounding party all the way till 1 am and super inconsiderate neighbours talking loudly next to the van after 1 am...

Nice pool and camping zone but ruined by inconsiderate guests and neighbours

Report Check-In

Flat parking lot, nice bathrooms, cold showers. WiFi in the complex only. Initially when we went to pay, the woman told us 5,000 (which we understood to be total). When we went back to pay later, the man told us 5,000/person

Report Check-In

Not possible for a hight as ours (3,90 m) because of the gate.

Report Check-In

We could enter with 3.70 m height. Nice spot. 5000 per car for camping, 3000 pp for pool - maybe because of Semana Santa. Friendly owner. Recomend the place.

Still 5‘000 COP per car (2 persons w/ rooftop tent). Bathroom (pool house) available 24/h, not very clean but ok. Shower very close to a garden hose hanging from the ceiling, but refreshing anyhow. Nice pool area, flat gravel spot inside the walls of the hotel, overall a good option to spend the night, close to the museum and start of the trails. For tents there is a lovely green meadow right behind the pool house and a covered area with benches.

We pulled in and parked to the left of the building and got power. Very quiet, Paid 5000 pp. Couldn't get Tigo or claro reception.

Lovely hotel. We arrived on motorbikes after dark so opted for a room. 80000COP for a double with hot showers and TV. No wifi. Swimming pool available and breakfast for 7000COP. A great base of you want to explore the archeological sites...we recommend. 25000COP pp but you can spend as many days as you want exploring. It took us 2 days to do both circuits.

What lovely grounds, with a sweet view and lots of birds. Plenty of clearance for big rigs. A block away from the museum and administrative building of the ruins. Very convenient and clean. Friendly management. 5,000 per vehicle per night.

Report Check-In

Paid 8k
3.6 m height and 7.5 m length made it :)

Report Check-In

Great place to base yourself for a trip to the ruins. Super nice people. You can sleep in your car in the secure parking lot or pitch a tent in the backyard near the pool where it's much more tranquil. 5k total with bathrooms and shower. No wifi. May be a height restriction at the entrance - I don't remember.

Endroit tranquille sur le parking de l'hôtel douche et WC pour 5000col par vehicule.

Report Check-In

Nice place, friendly staff, clean toilets. Only Edge data reception with Claro, no 3G. Would stay again.
Make sure to do the loop walk up to El Aguacate — so far our best and most beautiful walk in Colombia.

Report Check-In

Parked right in the front of the hotel in a flat gravel parking spot. The price is still 5,000 cop per car. The road up from La Plata is rough over the last 20 km but we made it up slowly with our Sprinter van. Clean toilets behind reception and clean, cold showers by the pool. No wifi no cell reception with Tigo, only with Comcell.

Report Check-In

Still 5k COP per vehicle. Very friendly owner and easy to find flat space to aprk.

Report Check-In

This place was the only option as they were drying coffee Beans at the other. Hotel restaurant closed and only restaurant had run out of meat on Friday night, even though there were very few tourists ( Colombian or other) in the village. Tierradentro is spectacular and we preferred it over San Augustin. If you have a Landcruiser or similar you will relish the drive to Popayan over land slides and through deep mud (after heavy rain overnight) other vehicles beware. The road from San Augustin to Popayan is rough but not as challenging!

Report Check-In
