Description
Big parking lot at the entrance to the zoo, which was recommended to us by the local police. We stayed at the other spot "Memorial Malouines park sur" before, but two friendly police officers discouraged us to stay there over night due to safety reasons. They guided us instead to their office at the foot of the mountain, which is at the opposite of the zoo entrance. There are BBQ spots on the green and from here you can start a walk to the top of mountain. It's quite noisy during the day, but in the late evening it becomes calm. Drive behind the police office for more silence. Definitely not the prettiest spot in the park, but definitely better than a service station.

Report Check-InIts a big area. We came here and stay more away from the main road and police station for the afternoon. For the night we park the car behind the police station. Nice gentleman working for municipality came to us and invited us for a festival, which was in walking distance at the cerro gloria (in teatre). Very nic folklor show. The guy also told the police that we are gonna stay for the night and they were ok.
