Description

Reopened in december 2023. Tour with a very nice guide for 35.000. Its a new owner. I think he will let you stay for a night, there are toilets and small shop. New better road but part is still unpaved but 4x4 not needed.
----
One of Pablo Escobar's former estates. There is a bar/restaurant allegedly run by Pablo's butler. We asked at the bar if we could camp they said yes. Charged us 15,000 COP each. Expensive considering that there are no facilities to speak of but I couldn't resist staying the night. Road in is quite narrow and in poor condition but only 4km. You can also get here by boat if you just want to have a look around. Buses come down the road so should be ok for big rigs as well, but I wouldn't want to drive it. 3G on Claro reached here.

Its open. You can get in with a guide for 35.000 per person. Its actually worth it with a guide because he could answer any question not only about Pablo. They also provide paintball, picnic, 4x4 and helicopter tours. Not sure about camping but i think they would let you park here for a night.
Possible to buy water, beer, tea etc.
You can get further with car than we did, we just parked sooner. No parking fee.
