Nice first come spot. $20, one bar Verizon. Great location especially for riding the whole enchilada.
Report Check-InArrive Friday morning if you want a chance of getting a spot for the weekend. This is an incredibly beautiful place, especially if you can get a riverside camp. I feel so grateful to have been able to stay here after eyeing this campground jealously for the past 5 years.
Report Check-InStayed 5 nights. 20$ or 10$ with an interagency pass. Not that easy to get a spot. Get here early and you can wait in parking in front of group site B. 1-2 Tmobile LTE bars.
Report Check-InGreat spot off the side of the road for a home base to Moab. $20/night. 24 ft max length. Bathrooms available. 1-2 bars LTE for AT&T
Report Check-InGood campground! $20/night. Huge parking areas for each site would be adequate for a large RV. Felt very spacious in our little car. Tons of ants which was a little annoying but at least they weren’t biting ants.
Report Check-InNice place, lots of bugs. $20/night. Head north for about a minute on the bike trail and look left, there’s a trail to a little beach in the side of the Colorado.
Report Check-InBLM campground on the river with great red rock on the other bank. close to town with a nice bike path along river. $20 or $10 with senior pass.
Report Check-InGot lucky and found a site in n the late morning. Nice spot close to town. Road noise dies down after 10.
Report Check-Inreally nice BLM campground. very roomy sites. We are 55ft long with tow trailer. We fit in with ease and could of fit in several sites. Lots of traffic on hwy during the day none at night. So beautiful next to river beautiful canyon walls. $10 with senior access card. Pit toilets are well maintained.
Report Check-InWorse than a Walmart parking lot but I paid $25 to sleep in the overflow area. Don’t let the camp host bamboozle you into paying to stay in that overflow area. I think I paid since I was the first one there and everyone else just rolled up. I’d rather sleep at a busy truck stop than spend another night here.
Report Check-InLevel sites, a pit toilet at either end of the campground. Great location, less than 5 min drive to Arches NP and downtown Moab. Road noise echoes off walls, but nice spot right on the Colorado River.
Come early for sites, I got the last non-walk in spot around 4PM, peak season.
Report Check-InHello
If you find a place near the river just in front of the hills...
It's a realy great place..
OK for big rig.
You have restroom.
The price is 20$ for one night.
I think if you want to visit early the Arches national park, it's a good place.
There is a friendly camp host
Enjoy this place and the night
Very nice campground down canyon on Colorado. Only 16/18 sites, dry camping only, first come first serve, 15$ self registration.
Table and fire pit on every spot. Toilets. Just near Moab and Arches.
In my opinion, this is the best BLM camp ground in the area. It is in a wide part of the canyon so there is plenty of daylight even late November. Clean pit toilets at both ends of the campground; picnic tables and fire pits at each site. Lovely place to be!
