open ground, in plain sight of yet-to-be-finished hotels and apartment blocks. looks like they never will be. right at beach front. nobody cares. abandoned concrete promenade with palm trees 15m away from beach. no people around, no facilities. cows seem to come around once in a while.

Construction of a harbour/container terminal has started 100m to the south, so quite a bit of contruction traffic passing. At the moment still possible to camp though.
The extension of the promenade just north from here is closed to vehicles. There’s tap water and shower there but no toilets.
A lot of rubbish and not to much privacy. But its an interesting place to wonder around
