Still closed from 5am till 5pm. But when we came at 4pm from the north we could pass the line of waiting cars with our motorcycles and they lowered the rope. I do not know if that was an exception because it rained or if it is OK for motorcycles to pass. In the construction site we had to wait for 5 minutes when there where some big boulders on the road.
