If you are doing the loop around the Tafi valley this Jesuit cheese-making milk farm is a really nice place to visit. 50ars per person for small tour of milking installations (5pm is milking time), cheese curing rooms and small Jesuit 'museum' including cheese tasting and a coffee. Beautiful architecture, yummy cheese. This is also a hotel and restaurant. 30 mins from Taxi, 45 from El Mollar.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Due to inflation now 100 pp (US$ 1.67)
Agree with the comment below about the visit.
The visits are at fix hour, ours was at 16h30 and the last one of the day? Milking last 3h and you can see it even if you don’t do the visit (through widows in cases).
Just have 1 kg size cheese, don’t sell smaller portions.
Report Check-InNice please but “be aware”... (we disagree), they have feed lot sistem. Tours and cheese degustation have schedules.
